GoogleVery rude people, no mannerism at all. We we’re paying rent by dd on time but still when called speaks very rudely. I won’t going back to them or do any business with them again. Couple of staff members were good but majority were very rude people.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting and rude behaviour from Julie. Worse estate agents around. Greedy selfish people. Julie should be sacked very disrespectful lady that lacks manners. These people make it difficult for sellers with buyers. Other estate agents are kind helpful people trying to sell a property. These greedy selfish people just care about themselves. Julie is the worse rude employee . She should never deal with property deals.
Can, we are obviously very disappointed to receive this review - can you let us know the particular issue with Julie so we can look into this?

GoogleI have recently bought my first home and i am first time buyer had a very good experience with them. I can’t thank Julie enough with helping me buying my first property. She has been excellent , very professional , quick , efficient , as a first time buyer she really guide me the process very well , she always response to my any query during this whole process very quickly by emails and call back . Definitely recommended specially Julie .Many thanks to all the staff at Wibsey office.

GoogleI have dealt with a number of estate agents over the last few years amidst the house buying frenzy post Covid which didn’t leave a great impression, so wasn’t sure what to expect. However, since the first viewing with Lucy to the ongoing contact with Julie, I could not be happier! The house buying process has been very smooth, and where needed, Julie was on hand to chase and keep things moving. GoogleSo arranged a view to see a property over the weekend. Waited for half an hour for someone to show up but no one did, not even a courtesy call to say their running late etc. The estate agent calls me to see how the viewing went and when advised that their just wasted my time and no one showed up the started to blame each other. Jokers not the first time this has happened with RW.
Mohammed we are really sorry this happened and we have apologised for your wasted time. However as we explained the vendor was doing the viewings and the one prior to you had been ok so we don’t know why there was an issue with yours.
