Professional friendly and very knowledgeable. We were given honest appraisal based on years of understanding the West Berkshire housing Market. We were given regular communications and updates. The service from Parkers was faultless. I received frequent updates whilst tenants were being sought and subsequently excellent tenants were found quickly. The administration side was also excellent and went very smoothly. Staff at Parkers were always pleasant and courteous and I will definitely use their services again.

AllAgentsI have rented out a property
I have rented out a property from parkers in reading for two years. I had a wonderful experience with them and the landlord they were helpful during the letting process since as a student not many agencies would want to deal with students but parkers were welcoming and had a clear and good process. During my tenancy they were also helpful with my maintainence issues I had in the property (the ones included on the contract) and managed them in a timely manner with professional workers. I would recommend parkers estate agents to any person who is looking to rent a property.

Kept emailing properties nowhere near to where we were looking. Not the end of the world, but then the ABSOLUTELY INCESSANT phone calls from the lettings team started, even though I told them to not contact me in work hours. When I asked them to please call me back later I was met with 'Do you even want to let a property?'!!! Absolutely livid!
Please contact me urgently i wish to listern to the telephone calls, we pride ourselves on excellent customer services and i applogise if any of my staff have dealt with you this way if you contact me i can carry out a review and report back to, clearly by making a comment you feel strongly about this as i do so i would hope you will give me the chance to respond. AllAgentsWhen negotiating the final
When negotiating the final purchase price I found Jay to be particularly helpful. All the way through the process, including the viewing and re-viewing the house, Jay arranged everything to our our satisfaction. After our offer was finally accepted, she kept us informed of the progress being made, including all the contractual stuff. All other queries we had were dealt with quickly. We are very happy with the service provided.

When we wanted to let our property, we approached Parkers and found their service to be professional, thorough and speedy. Even when prospective tenants dropped out on us, Parkers had the property back on the market immediately and found new future tenants the same day. Mark worked hard to arrange viewings and liased with us, the neighbours and previous tenants politely and professionally. We were always updated of the progress of marketing the property virtually on a daily basis. I would recommend Parkers to those landlords/landladies looking to let in the Reading area.

I cannot speak highly enough about Parkers. Ben and Damian were simply superb at every stage of our house sale. I never once had to call them asking for information as I was constantly updated. They even updated me on my purchase even though they were not the actual agents. They put the other estate agents to shame. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. We did not have an especially easy sale (not due to Parkers, but matters out of their control). I found Damien very helpful and friendly on the phone. However, a number of other parties in the chain commented that their calls to him were not always being returned in a timely manner, and that - in a time pressured situation - that he was not exhibiting much of a sense of urgency. I sometimes found that I would have liked more updates, even if it was a "there is still no news but we are waiting for X to respond". A number of times I had to chase to get an update on the situation. However, I reiterate, I found the service on the whole good.

Excellent service from Parkers in Reading. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns about the whole process, but the agents really helped put our mind at rest. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout, providing fast responses to our calls and emails and regular updates on progress. I recommend their services highly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Although all the staff were very helpful, thanks in particular go to Damien.

The team at Parker in Reading have been excellent through the whole buying process. They are so professional and so easy to deal with. They kept me informed on every step on the way till the exchange. What I liked most about them is that blend of professionalism and friendliness, which I had not experienced before dealing with other estate agents. Mr Glowacki in particular has been briaant and with a nice simile on his face and such a lovely tone on the phone. I have had such a good feeling buying through Parkers in Reading and similair to that when I dealt with them briefly in Tilehurst. I would send a thank you to all the staff in Readin and Tilehurst offices and wish them all a Merry Christmass and happy new yewar.

My experience from Parkers in Reading was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and ensured everything went smoothly. The property was well presented and when I turned up to the viewing I was greeted by a friendly smile. After I secured the property the whole administration period went very quickly and I was moved into the property within 9 days. BRILLIANT SERVICE! I would recommend Parkers to everyone!

Good sevice service generally, but some things could have been better. Occasionally feedback and messages took a little longer than I would have liked to be passed along. However for the most part, the servce generally was good. I must also mention a slight fiasco with some new keys supplied by the Agent. They did not work and I could not access the property. As it turned out they had not been checked properly. However after consultation I was compensated for this. During the late stages on the Sale, when things kept hitting blocks, Damien was very good at progressing the sale, I was grateful for his professionalism dealing with the situation..

I was looking for a property to rent which accepted Housing Benefit. On my search i found some estae agents rude and other didn't even get back to me. This was not the case with Parkers. They rang me back the same day to explain their policies on Housing Benefit and what i would need for my future looking. They didn't make me feel like i was lower than than anyone else just because i needed help. When i did find a property they were quick to answer questions and make me feel important. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Also ways keeping in contact and keeping me up to date. Very happy with the service i recieved.
