GoogleI have had vast experience of many agents across the UK and overseas and can honestly say the service I received from Parkers is by far the best.
I am hard to please when it comes to customer service but I could not fault them. I never had to ask twice for anything which is a rarity in this day and age. The personal service they office is second to none.
Fingers crossed I will not be needed the service of an Estate Agents again in the near future but if I did, they would be top of the list.

GoogleMost estate agents have a (very well deserved) poor reputation. I've personally had dreadful experiences with at least two of Tadley's agents. But these chaps break the mould! Mark and Adrian are friendly, incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We bought our current house through Mark and have just sold a property through them too, whilst Adrian was involved in a recent letting. The amiable help and service they provide are a very high benchmark for all other agents to aspire to, and doubtless fall short of. I, for one, wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

It was great experience to deal with Parkers at Tilehurst. They got us excellent price for our property with competitive fees. They also kept us informed on any updates.Our chain almost fell through twice but Simon and Bruce were brilliant to make sure our buyer held on to it and took lot of efforts in getting this through in the end.At times I however felt that they were favouring more to our buyers and the sellers of property we were buying from their different branch when it came to negotiation of offer price post survey and some legal complexities during the process. But overall I am happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.
