We found the team were honest, knowledgable, competitively priced and exceptionally efficient (it took us just 9 weeks from advertisement to exchange!) My experience with Parkers Lettings has been extremely positive so far. After initially engaging with a different Letting Agent and not progressing at the rate they had promised, Parkers stepped in and exceeded all expectations. We sold our house last year with Parkers in Theale and were really happy with the service we got. Right from the initial valuation visit everything they did was quick and professional. They lined a number of viewings up straight away and our house sold within a week. What really marked them out for us though amongst the many other organisations we had to deal with during our move was how great their customer service was - they were always easily contactable, did everything straight away and were very pro-active with our new house builders and solicitors who were not easy to deal with. It was nice feeling someone was on our side. They were an ocean of calm during a very stressful time. Definitely recommended!

Buyers point of view. Emma from Theale provided excellent communication throughout the whole process, keeping us informed of the position of our sellers and our buyers (even though we sold through a different agent). Emma was approachable in all aspects of the purchase and always replied to messages promptly. All matters were dealt with sensitivity and a splash of assertivness when needed, great at getting things going with the solicitors and our own agents, who post sale were pretty useless! If you want a relatively stress free purchase or sale pay the extra 0.5% and go with these guys.

I was mainly dealing with Emma George, but all of their staff not just Emma made themselves available when I had questions or required an update. Emma knew that I had been looking for a property for a long time and I was just missing out on securing a new home. When she moved me to the top of the list on a property I had previously just missed out on which came back on the market I was very grateful. Parkers didn’t have to do that it was very gracious. I’d recommend Parkers if asked.

I cannot recommended Parkers and Simon Gregory highly enough, We went to Parkers to handle the sale of our mother's house and the family home that she'd lived in for almost 60 years; Simon was both extremely understanding of my mother's concerns, not having moved for over 50 years, and our commercial expectations. He gave us a well-informed market evaluation and we agreed a target sale price very quickly; we were very impressed with the professionalism and commitment he showed us from that point on - we received multiple offers within 2 weeks and the process of then selecting the buyer was thorough and handled with integrity. As a fairly demanding client (!) I felt Simon handled my numerous questions and expectations around timeline with skill and diplomacy and I felt confident he had a very strong command of the dynamics of the sale chain. He kept us fully informed at every stage and handled communications and questions with the buyers highly professionally. He was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. We eventually completed in early November, from accepting an offer in mid July, which seems to be a standard timeline at the moment and he was on our side to the end. Very impressive.

Until I dealt with Parkers, I believed that estate agents were just white collar criminals because my experiences had been so bad. Parkers have always been very polite, professional and quick to respond. I've always been able to get problems resolved quickly and courteously. When searching for a new flat a couple of months ago, I didn't even bother to do an in depth search. I just asked Parkers what properties they had available because I knew I could trust them. I needed to rent a property in a very short space of time, after going to many estate agents and not getting any response I went to Parkers in Woodley, I spoke with Max told him my requirements and he found me the perfect property within 1 day, it took about 8 days for max and his team to get everything in place for me to be able to move in. We have recently sold our house with Parkers in Tilehurst and were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very professional and always returned calls. We were particularly impressed with the photos that were taken and the extra time that they took to make sure they were showing off the best of our house. We were originally told that they would sell our house in the first week and they certainly delivered on that. Unfortunately we lost our buyer a few months in and had to go through the process again, but once again they sold our property quickly. I like that Parkers showed potential buyers around the property as I am sure it wouldnt have sold as quick as it did if it was my husband or I showing them around. I am hoping not to move again but if i was to, i would go back to Parkers in Tilehurst.
