FacebookIm in the process of buying a property through the Michael Pooles Nunthorpe office. I have to say both Vicki and Claire in the office are second to none! They offer a personable, friendly approach, no high pressure sales tactics etc. Just honest, upfront, helpful and lovely girls! Would highly recommend �

FacebookAndrea has been very helpful and attentive...she has always returned my calls and emails and kept me up to date with progress. They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. The process of selling a house can be slow but Andrea continued to update me and settle me when I was worried...I’m hoping to complete this side of Christmas then Michael Poole will give me the best Christmas present thank you

FacebookI had an acceptable offer on my property within 4 days of it going on the market with Michael Poole, and the contracts were exchanged within less than 2 months of the offer being accepted. I would say that if you price your property sensibly and present it well to potential buyers then Michael Poole's will do the rest without any fuss or drama. By far the best estate agents in the Teesside area. Many thanks to all at the Yarm branch.

FacebookRecently had to sell our Dad's house after he passed away, it has been a very emotional & distressing time but i would just like to say that i would highly recommend them . We used the Stockton office & mainly dealt with Shannon who has been very understanding, helpful, friendly & professional. She has always kept us fully informed every step of the way with phone calls , emails etc. They done all the viewings for us which was a very big help. Thank you very much for making an awful time as stress free as possible.
