My girlfriend and I were very grateful for all your assistance with our move - you worked extremely hard on our behalf, from showing us the property at very short notice (I think we enquired about the property around 4.30pm and you immediately made arrangements to show us the flat even at that late time in the afternoon). You also stayed late to ensure we could sign the tenancy agreement on the Saturday, and worked around us coming up from South Wales on a delayed train. All the time you also kept us up to speed with things via email and text which was much appreciated. Overall on behalf of me and my girlfriend can I thank you very much for all your help - moving home can be a stressful experience, especially considering we were moving to an area we are not really familiar with, but you did all you could to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible for us. We are very grateful for your help, and if any of our Welsh friends need to move to London in future we will certainly recommend that they speak to Eva!

We found the people at Martyn Gerrard to be very helpful when trying to find our lovely new flat to live in. Christian Ramos was our agent and he was so friendly and approachable which meant that the process was actually very fun. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very proffessional and also very personable. I highly recommend the agency and think that they are very lucky to have someone like Christian on their team.

Julian went above and beyond the call of duty for both the landlord and the tenant.. I can't express just how complicated this deal was and it would have been far easier for him to abandon the process and find an alternative tenant but he didn't and thus secured a brilliant tenant for the landlord. The tenant was foreign and had poor english and zero understanding of negociating or the legal system. Julian made it happen.

Julian was awesome. Friendly, sincere, informative, genuine (a trait that seems all too rare in real estate). Clearly knew his stuff as has lived in the area for ages. Even though we loved the first place he took us to another so we'd have better judgement on our choice. Top guy. Thanks.

We had our first experience with Martyn Gerrard Estate Agency. Unfortunately the landlord has proven to be unreliable and sadly we weren`t able to rent the flat we initially had in mind. We were obviously frustrated as almost 2 weeks passed without any type of reply from the landlord. Against all odds of having an actual positive experience, Keshia and Julian went above and beyond to try an fix our issue. They were very prompt on probably over 50 back and forth emails, constantly trying to find a solution for us with new properties. Very good customer service and with a very professional attitude. Once again, thank you Keshia and Julian for your time and effort.

Friendly and approachable from initial meeting. 'Sorted out' random inappropriate property emails and no more received! Truly heard my list of requirements - not just vaguely listened! Extremely knowledgeable about properties and replied ;promptly with answers to questions - if not already known - didn't give info unless sure! Prompt response to all interactions once decided to progress - including accurately relaying specific requests to landlord. Excellent customer service i.e. remembered facts, provided actual detail (not made up), positive communicator, on time for meetings etc. Given my experience with other agents, it was a pleasure to be liaising with Martina during this process, which resulted in a satisfied tenant (and landlord!).

It was more than lucky for me to know Michele when I got difficult to find the one to rent after the previous reservation was suddenly canceled and the agency (other than MG) tried to take admin fee not taking any responsibility at the end of late and poor service. Their staff was even late for 30min at viewing! Michele, took just one week (1/3 time to the previous agent) to arrange viewing, preparing documents, contacting the owner and making the contract. His work has been all clear and neat and timely managed in such a kind manner. Even out of property agency area, it'd be hard to find this kind of high quality service, I don't post a review normally, it's first time and I wanted to reward to him in this way. We have been so lucky when moving house to come into a winning combination of landlord and letting agent. With our landlord's go ahead, Martyn Gerrard have been incredibly proactive in attending to even the smallest need or request that we have had. They have a plethora of working companies who they have contacted to support us in making our move stress-free and our property the best it can be. As always, I have been shown properties that are quality, best location and fair value, At Mill Hill branch was my first approach, and was to find a pleasant and very helping staff of Martyn Gerrard, of one is Mr Shah whom i greatly recommend if one need to look for a property to rent, he was atmost professional, and doing business with him was an experience.
