Professional, dedicated and very helpful estate agent

I was looking for a property to rent in North London. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of Orlando. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us with lots of info about the area, including the prices to expect. I cannot recommend Orlando highly enough... he is simply the very best real estate agent I have worked with. He was always patient about our requirements even when we were fussy. He returns calls promptly even when business hours are near to closing. He is genuinely very very good. He found us a great flat, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Orlando and the team from Martyn Gerrard again.

WOW! We thought OMG was just a marketing slogan...

With only a few days to find a home to move to from the USA, my husband and I knew the task would be daunting. Then, we met Martina. She listened to what we really wanted in a home and then found us the perfect home, which we had not even noticed online, making everything so easy for us. Her work on our behalf helped to lower the stress levels of a trans-Atlantic move.. Martina is an agent we would highly recommend as she makes the MG marketing message ("OMG, that was easy") come to life in unexpectedly delightful ways.

Great Company, Awesome staff!

Rayan was amazing from the minute I spoke to him on the phone. He was determined to help us find our new home and he did just that with great professionalism and patience from start to finish. He must have shown us 10 - 15 properties and was extremely understanding, never once did he push us to go ahead with the options we did not like.

very professional service

Christian was very helpful and always answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly - and we asked many as we were new to the London rental market! Very pleasant, efficient, professional and keen to help us find a home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Christian.

An excellent agent/person to help you find the right place for you.

Rayan was very helpfull and diligent in finding the best place for me and my wife , from the very first moment. He also played a key importance role in securing the property that we very much wanted to rent. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Nice and professional

Christian was very helpful when we moved into our new flat. He kept us informed throughout the process, and he even helped us phrase terms of our offer which we would otherwise not have thought to put in. It is obvious that he works hard to keep prospective tenants and clients happy, and he made the whole process a lot less stressful. In addition to being very nice, he works fast and is very responsive. Would definitely recommend using Christian to find a new home.

Warm, friendly and went the extra mile

Martina was so helpful when we were searching for a new property to rent, providing us with a number of different options. She worked closely with us and gave us an early heads-up when our dream property became available, facilitating us looking around at the earliest possible time and helping us through to completion. She and Andy also helped organise a meeting for us with the Landlord, which was a lovely personal touch that enabled us to connect face to face prior to signing. Martina is warm, friendly, good fun to do business with and we would fully recommend!

Personalized Service by Rayan Dool of Martyn Gerrard, North Finchley

Rayan is just simply a great helpful guy and he extended great service to us. He surely knows what a customer service really means. He is a fast observer and really picked up what we were looking for. He understood, valued our needs, requirements and presented us with appropriate offers. Above all, he has a keen sense of humour and has all the salesmen qualities which a person at his stature should have. He surely is an asset to Martyn Gerrard. We wish him all the best for all his future endeavours.

Professional, honest and enthusiastic.

Rayan Dool was a God send of a Lettings Agent. A property (with anothe agency) that we placed an offer on unfortunately fell through (landlord's part). We contacted Martyn Gerrard and spoke to Rayan Dool, who promptly lined up of viewings based on our requirements. All the viewings Rayan had arranged were based on all of our requirements. Rayan did not persuade us or push us into viewing any properties that didn't suit. After a second viewing slot, we found a property, which came highly recommended by both Rayan and also a colleague in the Finchley Central Branch (who when she realised Rayan had already booked us to view the property, let Rayan proceed but was very encouraging about the property, which was helpful). As soon as Rayan showed us round the final property, we knew he had found the perfect property for us. Rayan left us to make a decision but made himself available to answer all our questions. It has been a pleasure liaising with Rayan and this has made the process of finding a new home stress free. Martyn Gerrard should be very proud of having Rayan on its team. He is a great asset to his team and profession.

Excellent Lettings Agent

Martina found for us the perfect flat in North London. Shortly after she registered us, she called back saying she managedid to find 3 property we could see immediately. We told her we needed to move asap, so within a couple of ours she showed us the available properties, she proposed our offer to the landlord who she got agreed immediately. Long story short she was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. THANKS MARTINA!

Just what you want in a letting agent!

Eva has a very personable/helpful approach. She is clearly knowledgable about the local market place and always operated in a efficient way, ensuring she kept me in the loop in a timely manner which includes being honest if a particular delay was caused by something outside of her control eg. The landlord was deliberating. I would strongly recommend Eva ( and Martyn Gerrard ) to anyone looking to rent a property in Finchley.

Christian Ramos

Since my first call Christian was very helpful at exposing to me only the ideas that suited my needs. He had a few properties in mind but as he understood exactly what I wanted from our phone conversations I chose the first flat he showed me. Documentation and contract related procedures were dealt with very swiftly, My follow up queries were responded very promptly and I am very greatful of the service provided.

A true professional but with a caring, kind personality.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with Charlie. The standard of service he gave was excellent and he was a credit to Martin Gerrard's. He went above and beyond in finding us a property to rent to the extend of chasing up another estate agent for my son and I. Thank you Charlie.

Excellent experience with Martyn Gerrard and Christian!

We used Martyn Gerrard to find our most recent place and did this through their agent, Christian Ramos. Christian quickly understood what it was we were looking for finding us not one but two perfect properties through Martyn Gerrard. He then helped us through the process of making the offer and completing the move in. He was very helpful and accessible during this time for any queries we may have had. In addition to this, Martyn Gerrard's offer and check in process was very smooth and efficiently handled. All in all, we would happily look for a future property with both Martyn Gerrard and Christian!

Excellent Friendly Service

As far as my experience with the number of estate agents I dealt with whilst trying to find a rental, Rayan was prepared to go that extra mile to try and secure a tenancy for me, my partner and our dog. Very professional and experienced manor. Also very friendly and polite. Would strongly recommend!
