Martyn Gerrard reviews from tenants

Ryan was a great help at finding a property for myself and my two room mates. He actually listened to what we wanted and was honest about properties he thought wouldn't work for us or did work for us. I have been in contact with other agents whom I've given particular descriptions of what I was looking for. However they still sent properties that weren't within our description. Ryan suggested the place we are living in now, it was a quick move in which is what we needed and he helped make that happen.

One of the friendliest and most helpful agents I've met

From minute one, Eva has maintained an impeccably friendly nature, and was even a hit with our baby nephew when we viewed properties with her. She aimed to make the renting process as easy as possible for us, which is particularly appreciated as soon to be new parents. I'd highly recommend her as an individual agent. who addressed any issues we had with swiftness and understanding on all occasions.

Amazing service.

Ryan has been a star in our search for a property. He has taken our requirements and found a place that is beyond our expectations and within our budget. It was not an easy find, and after many viewings, including with other agents from other agencies, I have to say that no one will look after you as well as Ryan does. He has put a lot of time and effort to make things work, and I am so grateful. A big thank you to Ryan, your work is appreciated.

Excellent Service

Ryan Rainford at Martyn Gerrard has been excellent with my search for a property. He was informative, honest and non pushy. He kept me updated and gave me plenty of options suiting my requirements. I appreciate it's a tough business they are in and sometimes we have preconceptions with estate agents. I would happily recommend Ryan and Martyn Gerrard as an agency that will help you find a property with a feeling of being provided a service rather than just another transaction. . I will utilise his services in the future and happily refer to friends.

Anthony Spittle

Anthony is a charismatic gentleman that I had the pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with some crafty characters in the past from other companies but must say that Anthony is highly recommended and should be awarded for his efforts. From the beginning he listened to my requirements and matched exactly what I was looking for saving me time and money. He is an honest and professional guy who will go above and beyond and I can not recommend him enough. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so with Anthony being such a star. Massive thank you Anthony, keep up the good work.

I found the perfect property to rent with my partner and the assistance, of course from Orlando who made the whole process speedy and straightforward. Every question we had he was able to provide us with all the answers we wanted and any special requests he has been helpful in arranging them. Overall, we have been very happy with Orlando and are looking forward in future ventures with Martyn Gerrard.

Professional and trustworthy agent! Highly recommended

I have been dealing with estate agents for many years now, and have therefore chosen to post a review about this individual, based on the fact, that he has regained my trust in estate agents. Jason Ramsay of Martyn Gerrard, Whetstone, London, is a highly professional and committed agent, one with integrity and great understanding of what it means to deal with property as more than just a structural shell for individuals and families. Having recently undergone a worrying and uncertain few months due to my landlord's decision to put the flat I rent, on the market for sale, I could not have asked for a more sympathetic and considerate agent to take this one. Jason, without fail, kept me updated on viewings and always provided sufficient notice before any viewings were confirmed. He showed complete respect, and although rented, this was still home to my daughter and I. Having received consent from my then landlord, he was also able to push for an investor to purchase the flat, in the hope there would be a better possibility for me continue my tenancy. I would like to congratulate Jason for his hard and honest work during the entire process, and thank him profusely for helping my daughter and I continue our tenancy at the property. My new Landlord is wonderful which is a bonus! There is a certain stigma around what it means to be an estate agent, and having purchased and sold properties, rented myself and rented out properties, I have experienced first hand how this stigma may have developed. However, I am so pleased to say that this certainly is not the case with all, and Jason Ramsay has restored my faith in the industry. He is a real credit to Martyn Gerrard estate agents and to the industry as a whole. I would definitely contact him in the future if needed, and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring property services.
