View Agentsstress free great service
We have been renting the last few years in London and this was by far the best customer service. With a local knowledge of the area we wanted Orlando was able to show us a few properties and once we knew which one everything was quick and smooth process. No hassle and everything clearly explained. Would highly recommend using this estate agent again

View AgentsFriendly and Helpful
Even in the short dealings I had with Christian, I am confident in highly recommending his services. Friendly, quick and easy to get a hold of, he found a number of suitable properties that catered to my needs. While ending up going with a private landlord, I would happily use his services again. A pleasure to deal with, and a friendly professional I'd highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the service at Martyn Gerrard's, I was fortunate to have Lavinia helping me through the process of finding somewhere to let. She was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. There was none of the 'pushiness' that you sometimes associate with agents (at least from my previous experience!) just a very attentive, calm and friendly service. The whole process of finding somewhere to rent -and all the other bits of admin associated with it- was made so much easier and painless thanks to Lavinia's guidance and responsiveness. Would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard if looking to let in the area.

View AgentsProfessional Service
I was recently looking for the property to let through Martyn Gerrard Southgate branch. And I was very impressed with the professional approach taken, particularly by the agent Orlando Livio who was really kind, helpful and professional in every step of our property search. He has managed to give all available information about the properties and made us feel hassle and stress free in finding the right house or flat. Although we didn't go through with Martyn Gerrard but I can strongly recommend their service which is just as professional and attentive as a high street agent.

View AgentsBrilliant service from a committed agent!
Martina has been a great help with the whole process of finding and negotiating the rent for us! Not an easy one, since we had not been in the country for that long, she has still managed to get us the best deal possible in record time! I'll definitely go back to her next time I think about moving houses.

We met Chris Hadjioannou and after a short discussion he managed to understand exactly what is the type of house we are looking to rent. Due to his help we managed to get to an agreement with the landlords and recently moved to the property.

I would like to comment that the service I received from Orlando Livio from Martin Gerrard was very professional and efficient. He tried to match our requirements with great effort and although in this case we didn't go ahead with the transaction for personal reasons, I would not hesitate to contact him again if our circumstances change.

View AgentsWonderful, Friendly Serice
After viewing many properties with other agents in Crouch End we met Andrew at Martyn Gerrard. He showed us a great range of properties matching our criteria, they had a very impressive collection on their books. When we did find the perfect flat Andrew gave fantastic advice on how we should proceed and since then has kept us in the loop every step of the way. We couldn't have been happier with the friendly and professional service we received and cannot wait to move into our new flat.
