I've had Andy help find my tenants and manage them along with the property for several years now and I can't see how it could have been done any better. Very quick to action and respond. Somehow finds me the best/cleansest and most considerate tennants within days. Very honest, even about things which most estate agents would hold back to close the sale and I feel he has always pushed to get me the best possible rates. His calm/friendly/considerate manner must help attract the right kind of tenants and draw them in for the sale and will always personnaly go the extra mile to make sure both sides are happy. Can't fault him in any way and will continue to bring any business I have directly to him. Highly recommended.

Martina recently rented out our property to 4 NHS sharers and was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process without me ever having to chase her. If I ever I did have a queries she or her colleagues would quickly reply to either my email or call. Been dealing with Martyn Gerrard now as a landlord for two year and would not use another agent again. Previously I used to use multi agencies to market my properties but since signing onto Martyn Gerrard two years ago I won't be turning back. They offer a great Rent Quarantee service, which as a landlord it's a great fall back to have. Martina thank you for all your help, you have been a pleasure to deal with along with your team.

My property was not an easy one to take over management responsibilities. The property got handed over to Ryan Rainford just before the eviction order was in place to remove the previous tenants so not an ideal scenario to take over a property. Knowing that Martyn Gerrard were going to be the sole agents in the long run, he really did go the extra mile when it came to dealing with the neighbours complaints (due to the previous tenant), regular checks at the property, dealing with contractors/ property Management in getting the quotes and necessary work underway in order to get the house back to a rentable standard and last but not least adhering to last minute requests such as getting me up to date electric and gas meter readings on a fortnightly basis due to the grief I had with my previous utility company. Ryan had a few issues to deal with at the property, all of which were professionally handled with me (the landlord) being kept updated at all times. Once the property was back on the market, he was informative about market trends and conditions, he closely monitored the click through rates on the listing/portals and made changes as and when necessary ensuring ensuring a constant interest rate. He ensured all viewings were followed up and kept me fully informed of all feedback received, good, bad and all offers relayed. All office systems were kept updated, company policies adhered to and this was evident in the quality of the documentation received once suitable tenants were found, an offer was accepted and reference checks had passed. To summarise; Ryan is a dedicated, highly motivated, pro-active and organised individual who is able to carry out tasks through to a successful completion. He is organised, efficient and is able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining client care at all times. Communication skills - Excellent, open and honest policy, shows respect and always has a "can-do" attitude. Clear, concise and was sensitive to the situation, responded promptly to all e-mails, phone calls with all my queries answered. Commitment, drive & Attitude - Excellent - really goes the "extra mile", highly motivated, demonstrates high standards at all times, work always of a good quality, and has shown loyalty and professionalism at all times Commercial knowledge & expertise - Excellent - has a good understanding and knowledge of market trends Client relationship management - Exceptional - prompt, polite and quick to identify appropriate courses of action with attention to detail. Customer Focus - Exceptional Decision making - took well judged decisions even when under pressure Using Martyn Gerrard as my management agent was initially a recommendation to me from my neighbour that has now been a very good client of yours for a few years. Would I recommend Martyn Gerrard above any other management agent - Most definitely as I have the confidence by the way you have dealt with my property, customer service has been second to none and I am a happy Landlord.

I had quite a specific profile in mind for the type of tenants I wanted which I discussed when I first visited the Martyn Gerrard office in Whetstone. I was not so much interested in the number of viewings but more in how those who visited matched my particular requirements and were serious contenders for the let.. Andrew appeared to understand my requirements very well and in a short space of time the property was let.. The advice I received from Andrew and his colleagues was useful, to the point and helpful during a busy and stressful time. I feel I received a very efficient and professional service and don't think I could have expected more..
