Christian and the team at Martyn Gerrard have been a delight for two lettings over the last couple of years. Always efficient and a joy to talk to, they are a refreshing agency to let our flat with. He is extremely responsive, found us a new tenant very swiftly, and was so on top of all that needed sorting in the quick changeover of tenants. Would highly recommend him and the rest of the team!

Andy's team at Martyn Gerrard found us a brilliant tenant within a week, who was able to move in on the exact day we wanted. Andy came and took photos of the flat within hours of my instructing him and the property was live the next day. I can't recommend MG Muswell Hill highly enough for letting a property. The tenant was also impressed with them.

My wife and I are first time landlords having recently relocated from our flat in London which we were looking to let out. We were with another agent locally for over two months with no success. Having switched to MG on a Thursday, we had 9 viewings on the Saturday and an offer to let the flat (at asking rent) on the following Monday morning before 9:30am! Eva and her colleague Rayan provided a professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. They were not "pushy", instead respecting our opinions and thoughts on the process. When we encountered a difficulty just before signing of the tenancy agreement, Rayan ensured that this was resolved as quickly as possible and the resulting delay was therefore minimal. The agents were responsive to my needs, assured me that they would market it well and that despite it being Xmas week they would get it rented. The large web of agents within the Martyn Gerrard family allowed agents in other areas to view the flat and make it available to potential tenant. It worked and I signed with tenants just as MG was closing for Xmas - in fact they stayed open for the purpose! Tenants are already in place. Eva and Rayan were exceedingly professional and helpful

Eva, the Lettings Manager, and her colleagues - Eros and Sarah have been most helpful in letting my one bedroom flat, located above Greggs in Finchley Central.. Tenants move in on Friday 16 December - 2 days time ........ Eva is genuinely welcoming, pro-active and highly professional and was always available to advise and answer my questions. whether in person, by e mail or by telephone. She understands the lettings market exceptionally well and is fully up to date on lettings law and best practice. I recommend her and Martyn Gerrard to all who wish to let their flat in the Finchley area and note that their rent guarantee scheme comes at no extra cost, an added bonus. .

I was grateful to the regular communications and overall effort from both Marc and Chris however a criticism was on numerous occasions I felt that I wasn't listened too, I had to ask the questions as I was not given the information I was after, I sometimes felt Marc and Chris were in a rush. I was also frustrated that the flat was taken of the market for several days whilst the reference checking took place. Overall we secured new tenants and as that was the main requirement I am grateful.

I am very grateful for a quick and professional resolving of a problem with my tenant who was consistently late with rent pay, changed his mobile number and avoided any contact to discuss the situation. While I was fearing the worst - serving notices on the tenant, court proceedings for obtaining a possession order, bailiffs, etc., Area Letting Manager from Martyn Gerrard East Finchley managed to sort it out for me by meeting my tenant in person. New mobile number was noted, the situation explained in detail, hopefully there would be no more delays. A huge thank you for your professional approach! I am managing the property myself and still all the help was provided by my agent in whom I have full trust. Well done!
