Great service and a real partner!

Martyn Gerrard have found tenants for my flat for the last 3 years, during which time I have dealt with several different Lettings Managers in Finchley Central. Eva has been by far the most helpful and pleasant to deal with during this time! She was really responsive and helpful in securing our most recent tenants. They had many (!) requests in terms of furniture they didn't want and things they wanted done in the flat in order to move in, and Eva took the time to go through the lengthy requests with my systematically, formulating a response to the potential tenants in terms of agreeing the way forwards. She has always been available to provide advice and guidance. It has been a pleasure to work with Eva throughout this process!

They had 4 viewings scheduled in within an hour and the same day, had us an offer from a great tenant. This is the second year that we have let out our house for 5-6 months through Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. We have worked closely with the agents in this branch and have nothing but praise for their work. I would particularly like to note the great service we received from Lavinia Coroama who let the hunt for a tenant for us this year and Andrew Martin who led last year and continued helping this year. Lavinia was always cool and calm and perseverent, carefully following up leads, queries and concerns.
