The whole process was very smoothly conducted, even when there were small changes needed to complete the agreement, these seemed never to be a problem for you. “I instructed Martyn Gerrard to market my flat. Unfortunately the first two offers of tenancy did not complete. The first offer did not proceed as the tenants were not free to leave their current commitment and the second failed their references. Martyn Gerrard then successfully let the property on the third offer to two policemen. I’m pleased I used Anthony Spittle at Martyn Gerrard as he advised me all the way through the process”

I have used this branch of Martyn Gerrard for some years and always been very satisfied with their efficiency. Last year I found this to be otherwise but decided to return a year later and give them a second chance. Marc Brahams proved to be a very able, conscientious employee. I found his approach very thorough and he was extremely efficient in finding me new tenants. He was only let down by some fault with electronic form filling but persisted to find a way around the difficulties I was experiencing. He restored my faith in the branch which had been severely damaged previously.
