GoogleA big thanks to Matt and his colleagues in Beaminster for making our purchase happen in such an orderly way, despite solicitors going to the county show when they could have been exchanging contracts (yes, really). Matt and the team were always there to keep things moving and working with the vendors to accommodate the surveys, get the paperwork completed and so on.
Dear Roger, thank you so much for your kind review. We all welcome you to the community and look forward to seeing you around town. Best wishes from Matt, Caroline, James, and Jane

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sally from Manning Station as a first-time buyer, and she exceeded all my expectations. From the very start, she was warm, supportive, and incredibly professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to clearly explain every step, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt confident in every decision. She came thoroughly prepared, acted quickly when needed, and was exceptionally well-organised. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. Sally is a true credit to her profession, exactly what every sales negotiator should aspire to be, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional property buying experience.
Thanks Marta, all the best!
