GoogleWe have had nothing but a positive experience with the branch, our house sold within days and Jessica was the estate agent handling our sale and purchase, she was efficient and get us all updated. She arranged weekly check ins and as I’m new to buying a house made me feel comfortable and related to me with her own experience of buying her own home. She was a real pleasure and put my mind at rest the whole process.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Manning Stainton Headingley and would really recommend them. They are very helpful and efficient and worked hard to finalise a sale in a very short time period. We found it very helpful that they are open 7 days a week so there is always someone to speak to (and for potential buyers to contact). We particularly appreciated Amy who has excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us honest and helpful advice, whilst also taking into account our thoughts and preferences. Day-to-day we have been looked after by Olivia who was both kind and professional. She has gone above and beyond to help us to achieve a sale in the time scale we required. We have been really pleased with the excellent service the whole team offers.

GoogleI Would like to give a well deserved shout out to Charlotte Poutney from Manning Stainton in Headingley, who managed the sale of my late fathers retirement flat. Both Charlotte and her team displayed a professional and courteous approach throughout the lengthy process and, Charlotte in particular became my main source of updates and information relating to the sale (over and above what was required). My solicitor sadly was uncommunicative and could learn a lot about customer management and satisfaction from Charlotte! Thanks again Charlotte for both your professional and personal attention throughout the entire transaction. I would not hesitate to recommnend Manning Stainton in Headingley to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area - If you are fortunate enough to be assigned Charlotte then even better (although I do not doubt that the same professional work ethic is maintained throughout the whole company).

A recent much appreciated innovation to the service was the provision of post agreed sale support from MS. GoogleMy husband used the Crossgates branch initially to sell his home and following the amazing service we had it was a no brainer to use them to sell my property the whole team have been amazing and can’t thank them enough. Special shout out to Jacob who was brilliant with us both he was professional yet personable and made the start of both processes so easy he was beyond helpful with advice and support. We hopefully won’t need to sell a house again for a while but wouldn’t hesitate to go through manning Stainton again.

Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter.
