Tom was great in helping us secure our purchase. We really appreciated his clear communication and regular updates. Although there was a bit of waiting while other interested parties made their decisions, we were always kept informed and never felt out of the loop. Tom was reassuring, clearly explaining the process and what the next steps would be in different scenarios, which made the experience far less stressful.

Manning Stainton is extremely professional. I have been searching for a property to buy and found this agent really efficient and understanding. It was my first time buying and selling a property and I could not have done this without their patient and caring service that guides you through every aspect of it. In particular I have worked with Briony Gleadhil who is based at the Pudsey branch. Briony was very quick to respond to any questions I had and guided me through the process making sure I understood everything. She is very kind and caring and patient and helps to alleviate what can be a stressful process.

GoogleNaz and his team could not be faulted in their professionalism, hard work and positivity. At the moment it is a difficult selling market. This is the team you would want in your corner. We would highly recommend the High Wycombe JNP team and sincerely thank them all for their hard work. Also a shout out for the in house Solicitors, especially Sabeeah. The whole process was so much smoother because of her professionalism.
