Dear Tom, we welcome all feedback from clients. In this circumstance, as you will be aware from our regular communication, a) we acted as letting agents for the landlord, not managing agents, therefore are not directly involved in any discussion relating to the tenancy. And b) your deposit was registered with the TDS (deposit scheme), and therefore Symonds & Sampson are not party to negotiations relating to the end of your tenancy and return of your deposit. We do, however, continue to make efforts to expedite the resolution of the matter and will update you as and when new information becomes available. Kind regards from the Yeovil lettings department.

Used Morley Manning Stainton to buy my first house. Megan Hurst kept in constant communication throughout the process and the other Morley team were just as helpful. Very impressed with everything but I hopefully will not need them again for a while!

I've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them at ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.

I've just completed on a house with this branch. In the first stages I was supported by Ellie Garside, up to and including the price negotiation. She was very helpful and helped me arrange a large number of viewings in a short time, helping me plan out daily routes and being very efficient and friendly in general in her communications. She also brought us to a fair figure in the negotiations in my eyes.

GoogleDecent Estate Agent this one. Took advice well and also leaned back smartly and accurately when needed. Often sellers know best and far too often Estate Agents can communicate with self interest at heart. I felt Hannah had a good measure of the siuation and empathised and offered a good level of advice at the right time. Stayed in comms and secured a sale - in a difficult market. GoogleI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this telephone company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward issue turned into a six-month complaint process filled with repeated mistakes, poor communication, and endless back-and-forth. I attended multiple planning discussions and Zoom calls trying to resolve matters professionally and patiently, yet the situation was repeatedly mishandled. The most unacceptable part of the experience was being called a liar by representatives while I was simply trying to correct errors made by the company itself. As a customer, I expected accountability, respect, and basic professionalism, none of which were consistently shown throughout this process. The frustrating part is my account manager has left the company and it’s my word against his. Secondly I am in a contract with company until 2028! I hate leaving such reviews but this was my experience.
