Thank you Manning Stainton for expert care you have provided in the selling or our home. Ben was our initial contact and made us feel well taken care of with regards to the process and the confidence we would have in using Manning Stainton and the full team have lived up to that. Ellie Garside was our sales representative and really pulled it out of the bag in being able to get the property on line, keeping us informed of it's status and getting in viewings super quick. This has really hassle free process and we are grateful for the attentive care. We have now had our handover to Habib who is looking after us now that the property has sold, a very smooth handover, a lovely introductory call and again the confidence that we are in good hands. Thank you all!!

Professionalism with the valuation, taking of photographs, feedback on viewings of my property. Then once sale and purchase was agreed help with liaising and chasing solicitors' actions. GoogleGiving this dreadful company 1star because I can't give less. If you value your own company don't even consider using any part of the Gobal 4 company. Very unfortunately we are stuck in a contract because they bought out our previous IT company and although they fail to meet our SLA they refuse to negotiate on us ceasing our contract and parting ways They are so bad that we have decided to pay a different company and so are now paying twice which as a charity is not ideal but we couldn't carry on with the total lack of support. Avoid at all costs

Manning Stainton has the house next door to me in the very bad winter a slate came of it fell on my garden it was all in one piece this was weeks ago nothing has been done now the guttering is coming down and part of the fall pipe I told them again the attitude is terrible I complained again said it could effect my guttering as its next to mine the fall pipe is joined next to mine I told them this its like talking to a brick wall I would never recommend Manning Stainton to any one It has not been rectified it still has the slate off the guttering falling off and the fall pipe hanging off you need to send some one to inspect it the person who told you it had been rectified is not telling the truth . I said the slte came off when it was all the rain and wind the guttering came off a few weeks ago and the fall pipe came off this week . I'd like you to send someone to look at it . I have the slate . The people I spoke to was not at all helpful this week I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn't here another one slammed the phone down on me because I was very angry at the progress you made . If in future there is a problem I won't ring you . Please send some one to see it and send me your apology the address is 27 Stanmore Grove ls42rj I am 80yrs old and don't tell lies some of the repairs have been done in a fashion but the slate has not been replaced . I would like the manager to ring me to put the matter to rest

Having looked into this matter, I believe there may be some confusion regarding the timescales involved, as our Headingley office only commenced marketing of the neighbouring property on 6th March and your first report to us was received on 26th May. We are therefore unsure whether some of the issues raised may relate to a period prior to our instruction. That said, once the matter was brought to our attention, we contacted the Vendor immediately and it is our understanding that the issues raised have since been addressed. I was also disappointed to read the comments regarding the attitude of our team, as everyone involved has been more than helpful in trying to assist and relay the concerns appropriately.
