Debbie has been absolutely outstanding! From the very first time she contacted us through to the final hand over of the keys, she was unbelievably professional. My brother and I were dealing with the loss of our Dad and Debbie was so kind, considerate, respectful and super efficient. Difficult to deal with

I use Manning Stainton to let a small flat. Sometimes I think it would be easier to manage it myself. I often send them emails and get no reply. I have to contact them several times. Issues to do with maintenance can go on for months. They do not keep me informed of the status.They have different departments to deal with different subjects, so if you deal with one person about invoicing you have to deal with someone else for new lettings and someone else for property maintenance.I believe that the managers do not let the employees out of the Manning Stainton office to deal with property maintenance issues. It's very hard for a Manning Stainton employee to understand a maintenance issue if they have not been out and physically seen the problem themselves (I mean in normal times, not due to Covid).As a landlord I don't recommend them
