GoogleWe found Manning Stainton an excellent estate agent to use whilst we were buying a house. Our sales negotiator Danielle was brilliant, keeping us informed all along the way. Communication was excellent, friendly and informative. I would recommend if purchasing a house.

Awful experience with the Headingley office. I was unfortunate enough to put an offer in with a chum of Lucy in sales. The 'Movemanager' team (Lizzy and Rhiannon) successfully hid the fact the house was in a chain and when it became apparent that I would have to find out, actually lied about the number of parties involved.Exchange and completion failed twice. This was in the middle of winter lockdown 2020-2021. Unprofessional and biased behaviour made worse by the impact it had under the circumstances.Not a grain of professional integrity between them.If you do have to deal with these individuals, I would recommend requesting everything in writing. And always remember that if you are the buyer, you've given them no money - they do not work for you and they are absolutely not looking out for your interests.

This company aweful, don’t trus them to sell your house I chose them because of there values but it turns out they don’t have any and allowed my dream move to be closer to my son his wife and new born child My first grand child fall away. Couldn’t organise getting drunk (I’ve had to change this language because the phrase isn’t approximate) up in a brewery!

GoogleAmy and Lucy’s hard work and quick thinking meant we were able to view our dream house, list ours within a week and receive 6 asking price and higher offers in three days. Thank you to Stevie for creating the relationship and getting us set up ready to list quickly as we did. The value we received for an affordable fee was phenomenal, Lucy was in touch with the whole chain most days. They managed the stresses along the way with grace and we owe them. Thank you

The staff at the Morley branch in Leeds are rude and unhelpful. Quick to take your money, but incredibly slow to resolve maintenance issues. Avoid.
