Just a great experience all round with Manning's, from Maisie at the start with the initial valuation being very positive and helpful. Becky was a fantastic sales negotiator by being available constantly and discussing feedback from viewings. Phoebe was a fantastic move manager and kept everything on track, the whole legal process was as smooth as it could have been really. Overall a really positive experience, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

GoogleMade an enquiry 10 days ago via rightmove and then via their website and still not had any acknowledgment or even an email back regarding a rental property. Based on previous reviews this seems to be a regular occurance. Looks like their sales team understand customer service but rental team not so much.

All rental enquiries receive an automated email containing our Renters' Guide, which explains our application criteria and the rental process. If, after reviewing the guide, you believe you meet our rental criteria, we ask that you contact our office by phone so we can discuss the next steps with you, take some further information, and send your details off to fill out a pre application form for your chosen property. Upon reviewing your file, I can see we sent you this on the 19/6 and have received no further communication since. We sincerely apologise if you felt your enquiry had not been acknowledged, but our lettings team is currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of enquiries, particularly on popular rental properties, due to the strong demand in the current market. While this can unfortunately affect response times, we are working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible. Alice was responsive and helpful within a reasonable timescale and we were happy with the service she provided. We did however have trouble getting information and responses from Charlie. This may have been affected by him taking holiday. We would have expected the transfer of responsibilities to have been more effective. Unfortunately, the situation prior to Charlie’s involvement was made more difficult by inadequate or confused communication from Katelan. Getting all involved to communicate in all correspondence to my son, the owner Liam Whittington , myself and my wife, Maria Tighe has proved very difficult despite numerous requests. As Liam lives abroad, and we take on landlord operational responsibilities, this is essential. A simple central record with our details accessible to anyone involved in your responsibilities would appear to be beyond your organisation. The three star rating is generous given the above, but is given with an expectation of an improved service in the future.
