We sold our property through Manning Stainton in March and although it has taken us a long time to find our onward purchase everyone at the Adel branch has been very helpful and patient and kept in regular contact with us throughout. Izzy and Bel have both been great, Izzy conducted viewings on our property and I had every confidence in her, she also showed us around a property and was pleasant and helpful.

GoogleI recently used Manning Stainton Garforth Branch for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. This was also a very difficult time for me personally, and the care, understanding, and consideration shown by the team meant a great deal. They went above and beyond to provide support when it was needed most. A special mention must go to Phoebe, who was absolutely exceptional throughout. She kept me updated weekly, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. She also regularly liaised and negotiated between myself and the solicitors, which was incredibly helpful and took a huge amount of pressure off me. They were helpful, compassionate, and proactive throughout the whole process and I would not hesitate to use Manning Stainton Garforth Branch again and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleWould highly recommend Manning Stainton who were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me through a difficult sale. Always kept me informed and chased up solicitors when needed. I left the key with them to handle all viewings etc which were handled without any issues. When selling a house or moving home I would recommend them particularly the Garforth branch.

I have just bought my first house and thanks to the Manning Stainton team, it was a smooth and efficient process. From arranging viewings, all the way through to offer/acceptance stage, the Wortley branch staff were truly amazing. Once this was done, Lauren Moore, our move manager, took over and kept in regular contact with me and all involved. I had many questions as this was my first time, Lauren explained everything to me and reassured me throughout.
