they made the whole selling process amazing of my House stress free. From Meeting lee to value my house to start the Ball Rolling. Than most off my dealings was with Ellie she always there to Answer my Questions. when i was not available for a house view they got somebody round so i never missed a viewing. the Communication was first class. then when i agreed sale was Passed Over to Ann always keeped me up to date regarding next steps of sale. very approachable. made the whole selling process very smooth.

On the viewing at Flat 5 Rivermill House, 55 Darnley Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0PB he took me through the rooms, amenities, white goods and fittings which were in excellent condition . GoogleI honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I sold a property through the Wakefield branch, Manning Stainton always had viewers lined up. Georgie was great at keeping me informed. The property fell through a couple of times but MS were quick to ensure no time was wasted in finding new buyers. Anne Rimmington was so helpful, ensuring I was kept in the loop and chasing up solicitors. Would definitely use again.
