Shout out to Joe at King’s Group who showed me around three properties last weekend. He was courteous and friendly, professional and very honest about the market in Tottenham at the moment too. He was so kind at the end as well to drop me off in Turnpike Lane where I had the last house viewing of my day with another agent - that really shows a great level of care. Thanks Joe and thank you King’s Group.

Joe Bartlett was a top estate agent. He invests in his clients, is accountable and transparent. He was a pleasure to work with during a less than easy house sale and I would recommend him to any prospective employer or client to get the job done.

Maximum incompetence in this agency, after 6 years, I and the owner of the house, ended the collaboration with them. It is very difficult to solve the problems in the house, but if you are one day late paying the rent, they immediately call you.

Thank you to Joe Bartlett and Neil Prayag for partnering with me and guiding through the sale of my London flat. At times the communication could have been more proactive to keep me informed but in the most part the Estate Agents took a driven and proactive approach in managing the end to end sale of my property and made a great recommendation for Conveyancing Services. They're commission rates were very fair. They have deep local knowledge - I would particularly recommend them for the Tottenham area. Thank you!

Elijah is great. We were a bit uncertain about using an estate agent linked mortgage broker. But we crossed checked deals, and found his to be good. Ended up arranging mortgage and life insurance through him. He’s brilliant to deal with - friendly, professional, thorough, quick to respond. Would definitely work with him again and recommend him.
