GooglePurchased a house using Molly Thomas. She is a credit to your company and of the 15 people involved in all aspects of a sale and purchase she was by far the most professional

GoogleAs a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

GoogleCompletely on another level in comparison to other estate agencies. Fantastic highly professional, friendly team who go above and beyond to sell your property, this then continues right through to completion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jan, Ildi and the team. Thanks so much!
Thank you for the review, Jo. It was a pleasure working with you and assisting you on your house sale. Wishing you all the best.

GoogleWe have recently completed on the sale of our house. It is the second time we have used F&C to sell a property. Each sale has been handled expertly and with huge professionalism. From the marketing through to the last days before completion we could not fault the help and assistance received. It is so hard to find trustworthy and reliable selling agents so we cannot recommend highly enough.
Dear Vanessa. Thank you for your review and we are delighted that you were happy with our service. Your house was a beautiful home and we felt privileged to be your selling agent. Wishing you all the best in your new home.

TrustpilotFirst time buyer experience
I would recommend using Martin woodhouse & Harriet Thompson! They have helped me during the process, my house was in probate and they have guided me throughout this stressful period. I could not thank them enough for all the hard work they’ve put into making me feel reassured and helped me a lot in terms of my mortgage offer! Thank you so much Lucy Myers for showing me around the property and been available when I asked to see the property a few more times once my offer was accepted such a great service. As a first time buyer I was nervous but they all made me feel excited about the journey I am about to embark upon! I will be recommending them all to my friends and family.
Thank you for the great review, so glad you had a positive experience with our team.

Google(Morley branch) Myself and my partner completed application forms to view a rental property on 9/11/2022 (1 day after the property went online). Didn't get a call back from an agent until 14/11/2022 to offer us a viewing. The woman I spoke to tried to arrange a viewing for the following day before 4pm, which I said would be difficult as it was such short notice and I work 9-5. She wasn't very accommodating to this - she said she could do Wednesday but told me 'we have viewings Tuesday and so it might be let by then'. In the end my partner took an hour annual leave to view on the Tuesday without me - they never sent any viewing confirmation and no house number but he found it using the photo. They also never called us to let us know the landlord's decision - it's pretty disappointing having to chase up a rejection especially when the person on the other end of the phone sounds like they couldn't care less. Overall they were slow to contact, had a lack of understanding when it came to viewing availability and lack of communication. We're put off from viewing other properties with them which is really unfortunate as I know they're one of the main estate agents in the areas we are looking in.
Hi Hol, we are really sorry to read this. It would be great to get some further information from you if possible so we can look into this for you. Please can you email us at reviews@manningstainton.co.uk

GoogleI would strongly recommend MPL for the outstanding level of service they provide. From the moment we instructed MPL to provide a key turn solution for our full office refit, their attention to detail was impeccable. They provided a full schedule well in advance and then subsequently completed the works as promised and on time. Throughout the refit they kept us regularly updated with their progress and responded immediately to every query, however small. We will not hesitate to use them for our next office refit.
