Manning Stainton are well established in the LS16 area, and know the subtlety of the local market. Having two premises (Adel and Horsforth) affords good knowledge of their "turf" which is essential in a volatile market. The Adel team are well led by Matthew who is personable and knowledgeable, and the supporting team are professional in their approach. Progress updates from the team (thank you Bell) were well received and conveyed sufficient information to keep me well informed. I particularly liked the regularly texted messaging of the site visits, which helped me measure the market interest in the property.

Just pay some attention to your tenants as well. I can't spend hours and hours to complete forms just to approve a viewing. We don't all have time to spend, we are actually looking for a house. If you need more info from me just ask me. I am not going to lie. Next time I will from the landlords to complete forms before my viewing on their house, just to make sure that they can afford to keep maintain the house.

Fantastic Agents!

I have just used Manning Stainton Estate Agents South Leeds to find me tenants for my house in Beeston for the second time in eighteen months and am really very happy with the service they provided. Joe Thornton and Deborah Tooley were both really swift at organising viewings and arranging paperwork and I had new tenants within a few days after the previous ones left at short notice. Deborah was also very conscientious with regards to all the safety checks that are required when renting out a property which I appreciated. I will definitely use MS South Leeds again.
