From the start the team at Manning Stainton were all committed to helping us find our new home, and sell our existing home as quickly as possible. There were a few bumps in the road, but Gemma and Rochelle (from the move team) were absolutely excellent at resolving problems, keeping us updated, and doing everything they could to keep things on track. They really went above and beyond and I'd certainly use the team at Manning Stainton Oakwood again.

Amazing service. Working with Alex, Lucy and Nikki on my sale has been great. A special thanks to Lesley our move manager, who has gone way further than was ever required of her. A tough sale but Lesley was there every step of the way keeping me informed and even acting as a sounding board when we had kickbacks and I was feeling defeated. When timings became critical she would even be responding to me well outside of her usual hours, I never expected her to, it’s just her nature to see a job through to the end. It felt like she cared as much about the sale as I did. We got there in the end and sold at a price that suited everyone involved. Thank you Mannings, please pass on my thanks to Lesley. I don’t know what she’s paid but give her more 😂 she deserves the earth!

My experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey has been absolutely exceptional. All the staff are friendly and helpful but specially Charlotte Murrie. Charlotte has kept me informed throughout the process which at times has been challenging. She is always positive even when there have been setbacks and always extremely helpful and looking for solutions.
