TrustpilotBrilliant Service from Start to Finish
I chose Manning Stainton as my estate agent for selling my property based on past reviews and glowing recommendations. I must say, I made the right choice. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I want to thank Dan, Lauren, Julie, and everyone at the Beeston Branch for their excellent work in selling my property. I sold the property for exactly the price I had targeted, and the process was absolutely smooth from first contact to completion. I especially want to extend my gratitude to ‘Zaini Miraj’ (my move manager), who was a pleasure to deal with, kept me constantly updated and addressed all my queries with brilliant efficiency. All in all, Manning Stainton (especially the Beeston Branch) is superb, and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for an estate agent.
Hi Dinuka,Thank you for such a glowing review! You were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we wish you all the best in the future.

TrustpilotAbsolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Staff do not follow up with emails or respond to work to carried out to the property. Never will I use them again. Absolute snakes! They are bullies and they have a reputation for lying on the end of tenancy reports.

TrustpilotExcellent service
I have recently completed the sale of my Mums house, and can not recommend Manning Stainton Morley Branch enough. Callum and Emily were my first point of contact, both were efficient, polite, friendly and great communicators. As the sale progressed I was transferred to Megan Hirst who pushed the sale forwards at every opportunity, gave great advice, was always polite and friendly and is definitely someone you want on your team when selling your house. I cant praise and thank her enough!

Trustpilot5 stars! Deborah Tooley - office South Leeds Lettings.
Myself and my partner have been dealing with Deborah Tooley in the office South Leeds Lettings for a couple of weeks now with finding out first home to rent. Debbie has been magnificently helpful with everything we’ve needed and kept us reassured throughout the whole journey. With this being our first time looking for a property we thought a lot of the process would be confusing but Debbie has been really great at explaining how everything works clearly and has shown nothing short of great customer service! We are now moving into our perfect home this Friday! Thank you Debbie for making this such a smooth sailing, easy process for us.
Hi Chloe, thank you so much for leaving us such a fantastic review and in particular giving Deborah a mention for her efforts!
