TrustpilotExcellent service to get my sale over the line
The team at the Adel branch (Bel and Jack) were outstanding in their help and support whilst selling a property on my behalf and where I lived some distance away. In particular Yvonne who helped negotiate the sale, the link between seller and buyer, kept me informed with good and bad news and overcame some particular difficulties - we even managed to laugh at one point!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review. We are all very happy to see that you enjoyed your experience with us.

TrustpilotProfessional, kind, supportive team
It is many years since we last bought a house and having had a difficult experience renting we were a bit uncertain about how the buying process would be. I have nothing but praise for the brilliant team at Manning Stainton in Leeds and would like to thank Jenny and Amy especially for their endless patience and support. Thank you too to Chloe for letting us return several times to measure up.The team were always quick to respond to phone calls or emails. They explained what was happening at each stage and gave advice to us as relative buying novices when we asked for this. They managed to strike a brilliant balance between being professional and warm. Thank you all so much.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We can't wait to see how you breathe life back into the house and wish you many happy years in your new home. Kind regards Amy and The Headingley Team.

TrustpilotA great experience!
My experience with Manning Stainford, has been lovely and smooth from beginning to end. They have all been extremely kind and thoughtful. When everything became legal and technical, i needed extra help and that’s where Julie Ann Stokoe came in. She has been calm and caring and especially helpful. I haven’t rented for years and really heeded her guidance. Both her and Hannah went above and beyond.Thank you

TrustpilotSelling or Buying a house in Morley area
IMO, there is a reason Manning Stainton appear to do very well in the Morley area (their sales boards are everywhere!), they've just sold my house in Morley and I've already left a review for Jodie the most wonderful Sales lady! This one now is for the Branch Manager, Andrew. From my experience meeting him when enquiring about selling my house - he is very knowledgeable and experienced in selling houses, meticulous with detail, honest and down to earth, friendly, a great sense of humour and high standards of authenticity and professionalism. On top of that, his team in the branch office are all so ultra helpful, friendly, upbeat and professional - nothing is ever too much trouble and they make you feel a valued customer. If I ever needed to sell or buy a house again - I would be straight on the phone to Manning Stainton - they really are THE BEST!
Hi Anne, thank you so much for your second review! We really appreciate your lovely comments and glad that both Jodie and Andrew have made such an impression! Best wishes in your new home!
