TrustpilotAnnabel The Estate Agent
We met Annabel at the property she was bang on time, all smiles and clearly very approachable . We were told to remove our shoes prior to viewing and we were given the guided tour. Annabel was quick to establish our position (first tine buyers / current situation) which you would expect. As we went through the rooms we were treated to ideas we could do ideas on what she would do . She was very knowledgeable on the property and the areas she knew the back story ahd the history. We never felt rushed or hurried Annabel is not without a bit of humour where appropriate and made the viewing an overall pleasant experiece. In summary prompt, knowlegeable nothing was too much trouble ..Brilliant stuff
Thank You so much for the lovely review. Annabel is a fantastic member of our team and she will be thrilled to see such a lovely review about her.

We had a great experience buying a house from Manning Stainton. Charlotte Poutney, our advisor, was really communicative, great at helping to keep things moving, and very understanding the whole way through. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise as well when we picked up our keys.

TrustpilotRecommend for house sale
I recently had a very good experience selling my house with Manning Stainton in Beeston. All staff were great, especially Julie and Ivona who went out of their way to help me and as a bonus were also very friendly. Zaini was my move manager and she really worked hard to keep up momentum on the sale when things slowed down. She was also extremely responsive which was greatly appreciated. I am happy to recommend Manning Stainton.
Thank you for taking time to leave us this lovely review!

TrustpilotThank you
Karly has been absolutely amazing. Her communication was brilliant and she always kept me in the light about every step of the viewing and offer process. The selling of my house is not under the best of circumstances but Karly made me feel safe in the knowledge that everything possible was being done and she made it clear that nothing was too silly or difficult for her to manage. I feel very grateful that Karly was the person taking care of the selling of our house in these early stages. The rest of the team at Manning, as usual, have also gone above and beyond so I would like to thank them sincerely.
Thank you for this lovely review Hannah, Karly is delighted with your feedback, as are the rest of the team. Kind regards, Helen
