What an amazing service from start to finish. Lauren Horne from the start helped us with securing the sale of our property. Nothing was too much for her and always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Charlotte​​​​ Poutney our move manager was fantastic, every step of the way she made this a seamless process, noting was too much for her. The communication between us and our buyers was brilliant thanks to Charlotte, She was on the ball and always updating us. The sale was completed in 9 weeks and we believe it was down to Charlotte's help and support that this was possible. Both Ladies such a credit to the company.

We sold our first house with Manning Stainton Wortley and that was done very professionally and with good communication. The Pudsey branch did not fail either and were solid and professional in how they supported us over the last 6 months across a chain of 8. In particular Deborah (Debbie) who was out estate agent officer and main contact who we simply cannot speak highly enough about following her enthusiasm and professionalism to succeed in helping sell and buy our new house. We had three estate agents round to quote for my elderly mother's house move. Manning Stainton were the most personable and best reflected our view of the strategy for selling the property. The listing, viewing and sale process managed by Jessica was excellent. Jessica was very understanding of our position and was friendly, informative and always happy to assist. Her intuition reflected our own views which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Once a buyer had been agreed, the completion was then managed by Rochelle and Gemma who again were excellent communicators and kept us informed at every step and were always happy and available to provide advice and guidance. Misleading/false advertising

Manning Stanton were advertising a house with it's corresponding high valuation as a four bedroom house when it was in fact a three bed with converted attic storage room with no build regs for use as living space. Whether that was legal or not, I don't know, but it was unethical and misleading. Perpetuating the negative estate agents stereotype.

Incredible customer service from start to finish

We just bought our first house listed by Manning Stainton and we had an unbelievably smooth experience. This was hugely down to Charlotte who helped us every step of the way. She was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our weird and wonderful questions. Charlotte acted as the perfect middle point between us and our buyers and I know this massively helped with our purchase progressing so quickly.
