TrustpilotPurchase of first home
I am recently in the process of purchasing my first home with Laura from Manning Stainton, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Her brilliant communication, competence and professionalism has made the process much smoother than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend Laura and the team to anyone purchasing their first or next home!

GoogleI could not be happier. From start to finish, Simply Let have been fantastic. Gemma and Julia supported me throughout the entire process including viewing, referencing and move in- it’s been completely stress-free. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property as the way they do things is ‘simply’ the best. Thank you Simply Let!
Maddison, what a lovely review! I called us 'Simply Let' as I wanted to make letting as simple as possible & it is super to read that despite all the compliance these days you still found the process smooth. Enjoy your new home! Jacky & Team Simply

GoogleI have recently sold my home through Manning Stainton Garforth. I previously listed with another estate agent and was less than satisfied with their service. I was hesitant the second time around but the whole team at Garforth have been amazing. Catherine dealt with my home and provided viewings to take away the stress. Catherine kept me up to date after viewings and was prompt with feedback. Always on hand when I had a query and made the whole process so much easier. I can’t thank Catherine enough for her help and support and would highly recommend Manning Stainton’s for anyone considering selling their home.
Thank you Debbie! It means a lot that you put your trust in us after a disappointing previous experience. We’re thrilled we could take some of the stress out of your sale and make the process much easier. Thank you for your recommendation.

TrustpilotThey never give up trying to help
A long time ago, a long long time go you promised to sell my home. What took you so long ? To be fair, you actually sold it four times but other people & their broken chains were the problem !! I want to thank all the Branch team involved during the long process & Move Manager Joanne for the work you all put in to get there in the end. Despite having to put up with a naive first time seller & his never ending questions you were always happy & kept me fully up to date. I especially appreciated the calls saying 'we have no extra news yet, but we have not forgotten you'. Thank you, Graham Anderson
Thank you for your lovely comments, you were an absolute pleasure to work with and we wish you all the best in your new home. Crossgates Team

TrustpilotKyle has been amazing
Kyle has been amazing. He helped us look around several properties, communicated through emails as we’re deaf it’s a lot of effort he did for us and even when the house we loved was sold, he supported us through the whole process. Thanks to him, we were able to secure our dream home by being the highest bidder. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service Kyle provided. We must have caused him a lot of stress, but he stayed professional throughout. Thank you so much, Kyle.
