Our journey started with Nathan and Naz, who were both helpful, responsive and kept the sales process moving from our first viewing through to our offer being accepted. Once we were under offer, Lisa took over and did a fantastic job managing the sale; keeping us updated at every stage, liaising with the seller on our behalf, and helping resolve queries quickly so nothing held things up. Jan then picked things up seamlessly while Lisa was on leave and saw us through to exchange, staying just as communicative and on top of things throughout. GoogleI recently used Manning Stainton in Armley to sell my house. It was an emotional experience for me, but my point of contact, Sabrina, was absolutely amazing throughout. I asked so many questions, but she always replied quickly and never made me feel silly for asking. She was also great at letting me know when she was going on annual leave and who would be covering for her, so I was never left in the dark. I honestly can’t recommend Sabrina and her compassionate approach enough.

Emma was very professional, friendly and honest during the valuation and gave great advice without being pushy.
Habib managed to coordinate what felt like thousands of viewings during the opening weekend (it was actually 15) and negotiate offers clearly, politely and very effectively.
And during the sale progress, Gemma - and particularly Rochelle - gave me regular updates, checked in and were so friendly, knowledgeable and proactive that it put my solicitors to shame.
Without the sales progression team, the sale would not have proceeded so quickly or painlessly and I can’t thank them enough for their good humour and support during it all in what was quite a stressful and somewhat emotional time.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
