GoogleSuper helpful team. Miguel was very fast at replying and getting me in to view appropriate properties. Glad to have worked with them.

GoogleAna Sampaio from the Vauxhall and Oval Office helped me tremendously in my search for a rental property. I am so grateful for Ana’s support and her continued efforts in going above and beyond to support our search. On a couple of occasions Ana even put on hold some of her other work to visit properties right away to get video tours / floorplans / FaceTime us so that we could see the property immediately. For this we are so grateful as we were not always able to view properties in person. Not only did Ana provide the best letting agent experience that I have had during my property search, she was always honest in her assessment of properties and so polite - I think this is testament to how professional she is and her clear desire to help customers (like myself) obtain the best property for their needs. Thank you Ana!

GoogleI would not recommend whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. When we moved into the property they managed, it was absolutely filthy, with years of dirt and grime built up. Although our purchasing contract didn’t include a cleaning service(we purchased with a different agency) it’s the agency’s responsibility to ensure that previous tenants leave the property in a clean and acceptable condition, as outlined in every rental agreement. This failure shows a complete lack of care and oversight. If they can’t enforce basic cleanliness standards, it raises serious concerns about how they manage properties in general. Landlords should think twice before trusting this agency to manage their property, as this neglect could seriously damage its value and reputation. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

GoogleMehdadul (Medz) Kazi was fantastic throughout the process. We actually had a viewing with him a few months ago for a different property but he created a good impression from day 1. We successfully exchanged this week and Medz’s communication skills and response times were excellent. He’s able to move at pace, always calm and polite.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with Manfredi. He was incredibly persistent, staying on top of every detail to ensure I found the perfect place. Throughout the process, he was supportive, always available to answer questions and offer guidance, and his friendly approach made everything much more enjoyable. I also appreciated how he proposed spontaneous options that fit my needs, often showing me places I hadn’t initially considered but ended up really liking. His dedication and commitment really made a difference, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Manfredi for anyone looking for an agent who is proactive, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping you find your ideal home!

GoogleWhile searching for a flat to rent, I had a lot of help from this agency, especially from Tim Watson. He showed me a lot of properties on multiple days, always adapted viewing times to my schedule, and gave me lots of useful tips. Plus he is a very nice person to chat with!

GoogleI moved into a house 2 years ago and Foxton never did an inventory of the house. The house was dirty when I arrived, it had never been painted, the bathroom was moldy, we left the house clean and now they want to charge 750 pounds for cleaning, they delivered the house in terrible conditions and in need of maintenance. That's a shame.
