The worst experience I've ever had with an agency. I've rented in various places, but the way the landlords treated us there was appalling. They were pure scammers and con artists. There was no communication with the agency. The only thing that matters is the signed contract. Don't agree to pick up the keys at their office. The apartment inspection report was delayed two weeks, and they tried to hide the moth-eaten carpet despite our notification. They charged us for the damage when we moved out. The apartment was returned to us in terrible condition, even though we were told it would be cleaned. The mattress had stains on the walls and the blinds were moldy, and we were charged for the removal even though we hadn't used the mattress. They even charged us for the removal because it was unusable. They presented false invoices, submitted after the dispute deadline. See the property before picking up the keys! Don't be fooled! I don't recommend this agency!

I viewed a property with Viviana Del Greco, Associate Director - Sales, in Wandsworth and I couldn't speak more highly of her. She really listens to her clients and wants to find the property that is best for their needs, rather than pushing properties at you that aren't right, as some estate agents do. Her manner is warm and empathetic and she follows up with curiosity and consideration, without pushing. I think she is a total asset to the office and the wider industry, and I will be contacting her again in future if I ever want to buy or sell.

During the viewing, we were assured that the apartment would be cleaned and refreshed before moving in. We trusted them, we signed a 3-year contract. On the day we collected the keys at the office, everything looked professional, but upon entering the apartment, we discovered it had not been cleaned at all: food remnants in the freezer, dirty walls with traces of mold, blinds and carpets covered in dirt and mildew. The carpets were moth-damaged, which, of course, wasn't included in their report. Only our own report revealed this. How can you hand over the apartment to the tenant in this condition? It's absolutely unacceptable. The agency only cares about signing the contract and collecting the money, after that, there's been no help or contact. Shane George signed the contract with us, then passed us on, and nothing has happened since. When we moved out, problems arose again, they tried to charge us over £300 for "carpet cleaning," even though we had it professionally cleaned ourselves (we have invoices) and left the apartment in better condition than we found it. Amalia Maciąg, who was supposed to handle the billing, hasn't returned calls or emails for a week. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and a complete lack of responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, nothing but stress and problems. These are just a few photos.

My partner & I had found a perfect property in Balham through the help of George Macfarlane. He quickly found the ideal property and within our budget for both of us. Due to personal reasons we had to pull out and not move in at the set move in date, however, George used his own personal time to help us find a suitable candidate to take over our lease which was incredibly kind of him. As both of us were no longer in the country, we could not have asked for better helping hand. One of the most disorganised organisations I have ever interacted with. In the space of a tenancy just over a year I had repeated turnovers of property managers at the place I rented. Not once did the outgoing property manager communicate their departure or the new one announce their arrival, each time you’d find out after being met with an email bounceback or phone that rings through. Zero handover would be done, meaning a constant stream of different people managing our issues, not relating nuances of the situation and significantly prolonging the process of fixing issues.

Stephanie from Foxton Tooting branch really helped us find our dream home. Not only being kind and helpful and going above and beyond to help us purchase this lovely property in Thornton Heath she built a personal and professional relationship with us during the course of our purchase. She offered all the advice we needed as we are first time buyers and she respected our privacy and space. The most important thing I would like to mention here is she was always there 24/7, Monday to Sunday. Holiday or work. Day or night as we were very anxious about this whole purchase from start to finish. I cannot find the words to describe the level of commitment and dedication she had to carry us through this process from start to finish. Weather I would give a 5 start to Foxton Tooting Branch or not, the 5 start will definitely go to STEPHANIE. I would also like to thank Chris who was at the back ground shadowing Stephanie although we didn't meet him in person he was a phone call away. We finally got our keys 🔑 to this lovely home and it was delivered personally by Stephanie at our new house 🏠.
