GoogleMany thanks to Sonie who was such a great help on my visit to Tooting, London. He brought myself and my mum around Tooting and the surrounding areas to look at apartments and we managed to see several places on the day. All of the apartments were of high quality and were apartments/houses closely suited to the descriptions and requirements we had given. He was informative and knew the area very well. Keith is knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient and was always happy to go an extra mile to answer our queries. GoogleRecent purchase. Alex Vine was agent for the vendor. Alex was knowledgeable and facilitated smooth communication at all stages. There was no hard sell, but a genuine willingness to ensure that my purchase progressed as best as possible. Helped negotiations along and responded quickly. He was quite happy to let me meet the vendors to direct the surveyors, the vendors were also highly complementary of him. Will definitely use LT and AV again when selling or buying a property.

GoogleI dealt with Osheen, who from the offset was friendly and helpful, never pushy. Out of all the agents I have dealt with over the past month of house hunting, she has by far been the nicest, the most personable and always gone above and beyond. GoogleIncompetent staff, terrible service, unexplained costs and general lack of professionalism . We were lucky that our Landlord was great and didn't have to deal with this terrible agency directly for the majority of our tenancy. Ludlow failed to complete even the most basic of administrative tasks, leaving us constantly in the lurch. At the end of our tenancy they then wanted to charge us £400 + to have the property professionally cleaned (bearing in mind the new tenants were moving in 2 days after we vacated the property, I fail to see when this would have taken place). They failed to notify the landlord they were even re-letting the property causing great confusion! Being promised a check out on our moving out day we rushed to get everything ready, only for Ludlow not to turn up. They then had the audacity to charge a 'check out fee' of £106, having not communicated this at all, they simply debited the Landlords account without asking. If we had chosen to stay in the property they wanted to charge a further £140 despite having no communication with them throughout the year (I fail to see where that £140 would be going aside from their greedy pockets!!) I certainly would not recommend Ludlow, shambolic service - the worst letting agents I have encountered by a long way!
