The single most rude customer service I have EVER encountered. After a harrowing day at a family funeral and work I get a call from some absolute dreadful woman. Whilst I don't at all mind being called by genuine lettings agents, when I told her I was unable to talk at the time she shouted over me 'IS IT A YES OR A NO?' in the most rude way and slammed the phone down. I seriously suggest EVERYONE steer clear of this agency. If that's how they treat potential tenants could you imagine how they treat current ones? If I knew her name I would 100% name and shame here publicly. I've formally complained and received no reply too... thanks a lot Ludlow... top notch service.

Absolutely amazing experience, especially as a first-time buyer. Our agent, Viviana, was with us every step of the way. When the lawyers needed an extra push, she was right there. Any worries, questions, concerns, she would immediently answer - no matter how small or how big. Truly, cannot stress this enough, I do recommend this agency. Not to mention how quick and kind the staff was and how they helped in every way possible - I would give more stars if I could! 10/10, would recommend this Agency to first time buyers, or any type of buyer/seller!
