GoogleWAISTED MY TIME!!!
I arrived at the branch to see a property and physically showed my agreement in principle (AIP). The agent told me only when I got in the car that the property wasn't available - Why could he have not done that before!?
He then drove me to see three other places but refused to tell me details like the asking price or lease length etc until we got there. It turned out, all three were at least £70k above my AIP.
I'm not sure what his motive was, but it was disrespectful of my time and money. I'd rather take my funds elsewhere.

GoogleJust had a viewing with them and the "consultant" William Marques was terrible. Arived to the viewing 20minutes late, when I asked "can you tell me about the property" (a question that shouldnt be that challenging) all i got was attitude mixed infotmation or no information.
I would have offered on the property but the thought of dealling with him and them was a massive turn off. Avoid this agency landlords.. please.. for your propertys sake!
