GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Andrea to rent our flat, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his support throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Andrea was incredibly helpful, always providing quick responses, clear guidance, and consistent communication. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.
Andrea truly made a difference, his professionalism and attentiveness set a standard that we wish all agents followed. If working with agents like him were the norm, renting in London would genuinely be a dream.
Thank you, Andrea!

GoogleWe were a first time buyer and Beatrix was our agent. Beatrix went above and beyond when we were looking, even getting a tape measure out to help us get the dimensions of the flat we were buying.
She helped us navigate the offers process and during conveyancing process was communicative and professional throughout some frustrating legal delays and helped us get our first home over the line. We are delighted and thank you Beatrix!

GoogleRameez in Tooting office was very friendly, with quick response time. He set up several viewings for me in succession, so that I could see the properties in one afternoon. Also, Rupert (Wimbledon office?) was very helpful with the administrative side of the process. Thank you both!

GoogleAdil at Foxton’s was incredibly helpful with our property search. After ringing on Friday midday, within 3 hours he had lined up 6 viewings on Saturday all a within 2 hour period.
He was excellent in discussing the properties and narrowing down exactly what was needed by us, thus ensuring we were looking at properties that really suited our needs. Then once we were viewing he was proactive and pragmatic in assisting us in whatever we needed.
Adil has a bright future, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help looking for their next home.

GoogleProbably the worst agency I have to deal with. I paid an extortionate amount to rent a room through them whilst the shower was broken for months. The agency either couldn’t be bothered to tell the landlord or they were protecting the landlord and trying to avoid basic maintenance costs. Thankfully I’m a home owner now but having a working shower is a basic requirement that they should have sorted.
