Fantastic service from Ali Mahfouz. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. While he was clearly doing an excellent job representing the seller, he also made me feel supported and informed throughout the process as the buyer. As a first-time buyer, having someone so reliable and responsive made the whole process feel much smoother. Ali was always available when needed, kept everything moving, and was proactive throughout. And out of all the estate agents I dealt with during my search, Ali was by far the best and most personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. In fact, if I ever come to sell my property, Ali would be the first person I’d call! A genuinely trustworthy, hardworking and exceptional estate agent. 10/10!

Me and my flatmate were looking for a place in the Vauxhall/Nine Elms/Stockwell area. Amy Dark was our estate agent and she was amazing, she showed us a lot of properties and we found one that was absolutely perfect. She was super friendly, and knew exactly what we were looking for. I truly appreciated how helpful and honest she was with us, as it made the whole process very easy. Even when we couldn’t attend a viewing, she gave us a virtual viewing, which was really appreciated. She truly takes into account what you want in your property, and I would recommend her to anyone.

We have had the pleasure of working with Jibby on two occasions to let our apartment in Vauxhall, and each time he has exceeded our expectations. What truly sets Jibby apart is not only his professionalism and efficiency, but his willingness to go above and beyond. As landlords living abroad, having someone we can completely rely on gives us enormous peace of mind. Whenever an issue arises, Jibby is always there to help (often assisting with matters that fall outside his own responsibilities or even his division). Nothing ever seems too much trouble. He has excellent knowledge of the Vauxhall market, is exceptionally responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about delivering the best outcome for his clients. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high levels of professionalism with such a strong commitment to customer service. We couldn’t recommend Jibby more highly and are incredibly grateful for all his support.

A HUGE thank you to Ali - if you are looking in and around Oval, he is absolutely amazing. He truly listened to what we were looking for and sent through genuinely tailored and thought through options, was so accommodating with viewings, and incredibly efficient! He also knew the answers to nearly all questions you could ask about each property, which is rare in the estate agent world! Ali, thank you for everything - we are so glad to have searched for our first home with you :) You are truly a gem in the real estate landscape!

After many years living in a long term rental flat our landlords decided to sell the property. Luckily we found a flat we liked and Sam was incredibly helpful and resposive and was of great help in getting us the flat quickly and sorted. Very appreciative considering how dire the london rental market is but foxtons did a superb job.

I picked up the keys to my very own flat yesterday thanks to Ali and Joseph! It was a complicated sale that wouldn’t have gotten over the line without their help and expertise, very grateful.

Great agency for London, plenty of properties and perhaps the best agents in the city. Particular Yasser from the Vauxhall and Oval Office has been very proactive and engaging. Services felt personal and efficient!

We were incredibly lucky to have Amy Dark help us find a property in Vauxhall/Oval, she made the whole experience fantastic. She showed us four properties, let us explore each one thoroughly, and patiently answered every question. What stood out most was how honest and genuinely invested she seemed in helping us find the right fit, even staying past her working hours to show us the fourth property. She was also easy to reach by phone and just as lovely every time. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. If you're looking for a property, go find Amy, she's truly the best! Thanks

We had a fantastic experience with Max Giddins from the Vauxhall & Oval office. He really listened to what we were looking for, showed us a number of suitable properties, and always kept an eye out for anything that might be a good fit for us. Even though we didn’t end up renting through him, he continued to offer support and made the whole experience much less stressful. He’s definitely someone you can trust. Thanks again!!

It’s been a pleasure working with Joseph Freitas and William De-Reland from the Vauxhall & Oval Office on the sale of my property. From the moment I instructed them to sell my property to the point of completion, they were always on hand to help and support me through the sale and get things moving quickly. Having worked with many agents in the past, they both stand out as remarkable professionals, are talented in their profession, and really understand everything about the housing market in the local area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their property!

Incredibly transparent and honest with all answers they gave me. 10/10. Extremely happy and would highly recommend to anybody looking to rent their property in a very confusing market!

I have just exchanged and waiting for completion! Woop woop, I have had an excellent experience as a buyer. The estate agent Paul showed me multiple places before helping me find the perfect one, he has always been available through the entire buying journey. As a first time buyer I felt like I could trust Paul and he helped share tips/ advise for the buying journey. This really helped me build a trusting relationship. Finally Paul did a great job in pushing solicitors / translating solicitor jargon into something I understand and giving me confidence that the sale is moving forward. Could not ask more from an estate agent :) kudos to Paul and the team.
