Had a great time with Ali. He was very helpful in our search, taking us to different properties that suited what we were looking for. As first time buyers we had loads of questions and Ali was very helpful in the entire process. Really recommend.

Gabriela was extremely helpful throughout my search. As a first time buyer, the whole process felt very daunting, but she provided tips and guidance at every stage and was always really reliable. Rather than just showing me the properties I requested to see, she learnt my preferences and was able to show me a wide range of properties based on my requirements. Showing me such a wide variety was hugely important in me figuring out what I really wanted and what was worth compromising on - after working with her I was looking at much nicer properties that I'd have never thought to look at in my initial search.

In a market of London Estate Agents that have been less than accommodating and really not up to the basic standard you would expect (wrong lease and contract information / sending over properties well off the mark / constant viewing cancellations etc.,) Gabi has been truly exceptional. She's a trusted advisor not just an agent. She really listened to my requirements and got to know me. In doing so she opened up a host of properties and areas I wouldn't have considered and been a wealth of knowledge on both the market and also the sales process, guiding me through this. Can't recommend her highly enough - it's a shame she couldn't represent all the properties I saw as it would have been a far better buying experience.

Hannah Bick and her colleagues worked as the sellers’ agent on our recent purchase of a flat in Vauxhall. Hannah was thorough, attentive and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process from offer to completion, and worked hard to keep the process moving through the holidays and as we worked across from the sellers to complete the purchase. Would absolutely recommend working with her if you’re looking to sell or purchase a property in the area.

We were lucky to have Francesco Allegri helping us to find a new apartment. He was available at all times and showed us many properties that met our requirements and didn’t give up until we found the perfect home. Nice and professional - it was a pleasure to work together . Thank you Francesco - we highly recommend to contact him should you be looking for your next home!

We were a first time buyer and Beatrix was our agent. Beatrix went above and beyond when we were looking, even getting a tape measure out to help us get the dimensions of the flat we were buying. She helped us navigate the offers process and during conveyancing process was communicative and professional throughout some frustrating legal delays and helped us get our first home over the line. We are delighted and thank you Beatrix!

He supported and assisted us amazingly throughout the whole process, we would’ve really struggled without him! Thanks so much for the great service Danish!!

Had a good viewing experience. Irina was able to show quite a few places on a Saturday (which is quite convenient for those of us working longer hours on the weekdays). The places matched by requirements in general, and looking forward to locking in one of them for purchase!

I enquired about a property one evening and received a call from Daniel Scott the next morning to arrange a viewing. He also suggested another property that we were very interested in and managed to get us a viewing that day. Daniel got access permission to the property at 1pm and was there to view it with me at 1:30! He has been super responsive to all of my emails and answered all of my questions really well. Thanks Daniel!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently bought a property in Brixton and working with Joseph made it a smooth and stress-free process. His communication was always clear and on time and he made sure that the solicitors were on track with what they needed to be doing. Joseph shared that he was a homeowner himself and so he could relate to what it was like to be a first time buyer which was also reassuring. Highly recommended!

Working with Yasser was incredibly pleasant. Rather than just seeing one place, Yasser took the initiative and showed me a few places which helped loads. Thanks again Yasser!

I instructed Kirsty Rowley on the sale of my townhouse in Nine Elms. I found her to be knowledgeable, personable, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Kirsty went out of her to keep an excellent rapport throughout the sales process. I was especially impressed that Kirsty made a point of being punctual and professional in responding to emails, calls and Whatsapp messages. Once the sale had been agreed, Kirsty was kind enough to see through and act on the progression of the sale from the acceptance of the offer to completion. A personal touch which I loved! I have instructed Kirsty on the sale of another apartment which I own and which is not even in the area covered by her office. I came to this decision because I knew that I would receive excellent service and that the transaction would be managed, negotiated and completed with tact, ease and care. Overall, fantastic!

On Saturday, I was shown around two houses in Oval by Irina and she was fantastic! I really appreciated that she knew the properties inside and out, that she evidently had been in contact with the sellers through their journey and understood their circumstances, and I felt that she presented the properties in a fair and candid manner. I didn't know that LT assigns an estate agent to a potential buyer rather than by property, so I feel reassured that when Irina took an interest in asking what I was looking for, it was because she will be using that info to find me properties that suit me. Thank you Irina and team!

We can't recommend Gabi enough - she's been brilliant in anticipating our needs, showing us a property we were not sure about that we ended up loving - and buying! She's always available and her advice has been much appreciated throughout the process.
