Having dealt with other Agents I can state that Ludlowthompson is certainly the Best Estate Agent in London! Customer service from the Oval branch is Superb. Richard Pedley has been a Star from day one and has in a very professional and efficient way dealt with a sale of a property that was stuck on the market for over 2 years with another agent which he managed to sell in less than 3 months! Richard offers a 5* customer Service, quality advice and great responsiveness to tasks.

My sister brought her first flat with LudlowThompson last year and her recommendations couldn't have been higher, so they were the first estate agents we got in touch with to organise viewings & get advice. Beth Cooter was much more than professional in her role. She gave us a through visit to the property we were interested in, tactfully navigating around the vendor's family who were at home. As a buyer I had a couple of viewings with Richard Pedley, one of which he attended on his day off. He was always incredibly approachable and quick to reply to emails, providing assistance where he could. After having an offer accepted, Mark Williamson then managed the process through to completion. He was always very quick to answer queries and provided a vital link with the seller. My partner and I had the privilege of working with Joao. I came into this experience having rented in London in the past, and have had many dealings with numerous estate agents. Kirsty was extremely professional and helpful throughout my sales process, from initial viewings and advice up until I received offers. Ludlow Oval work well as a team and adapted easily to the Covid-19 situation as it evolved, meaning I was able to arrange viewings efficiently despite changing regulations. I booked to view three flats with ludlowthompson and I was greeted by Beth in two of them at the door of the property, bang on time, ready and keen to take me through the viewing of the flats I was interested in. Beth has this inviting, captivating smile and energy. She was very easy to talk to, keen to help and was able answer most of my questions in regards to the property. And for those that she couldn’t she immediately emailed all the details the day after from the office. What I also appreciated was the follow up after the viewing a few days later and the continuous attempt to assist with suggestions of potential properties based on my criteria and most importantly my needs. I was about to rent a flat with this company and luckly one of my friend told me about her awful experience with this company and stop me from it. My friend left the flat in June and still is waiting for her deposit. Her property manager James Castle is always giving her the same answer “the landlord hasnt authorised it” “I will chase him up” “hopefully next week” and still 4 months later he keeps telling her the same. The dont do their job properly and dont care about you after you have paid because who cannot get an authorisation in 4 months nowsdays. Ridiculous!!

Awful service. We left our flat in June 2019 and 5 months later we have not received our deposit back yet. James Castle and Thomas Evans said they were chasing our deposit since June but they don’t provide us with the documents to raise a dispute in My deposit neither to reach the Landlord... Joao, Jibby and his team promise you the moon and tell you what you want to listen to and when you pay.... GOOD LUCK if you want to chase them for any single thing you need in your property. During two weeks before we moved to my flat Joao kept promissing us that all the problems the flat had, would be sorted by the moving date so I trusted him and rented my flat. The flat was an absolutely mess when we moved in so you can see they didnt even bother to go and check that our flat was in perfect conditions for us to move in.They promised that all the problems would be sorted soon and they would move the starting day of the contract. The DIDNT. The WORSE is that we didnt have hot water They sorted the problem with the water out 10 days later and they ask us TO PAY before all these problem were fix. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY DONT DO THEIR JOB. THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE

The rudest estate agents I have used, especially the main reception guy in lettings, Jibby - do not understand why he has been put on the front desk. When viewing a flat, the guy lied about many things the flat apparently had - when we moved in it didn't. The property wasn't clean when I moved in. There was also an extortionate fee at the beginning as well as hidden fees in the contract such as cleaning fee and just a fee for leaving the property! What ever you do, do not use or trust this estate agent. I have used many around London and this has to be the worse by a mile. They should all wear stripy shirts and balaclavas! Rudest people to deal with and even intimidating - even over email. It was also 6 weeks until I got (what was left) of my deposit back! Appalling service - and the most expensive I have ever dealt with. I also believe their positive reviews are fake - I cannot honestly see how anyone would have a good service. They are brutal in not caring about the properties or tenants. They just leave all the work up to the landlords. I actually don't know what they are all doing on those computers all day? A mystery to us all... probably the good reviews?

Nam is my favourite real estate agent during my home hunting with countless agents. He provides professional advice, tune-in listening and he exercises the right balance of pro-activeness without being too pushy. What set him apart is that he is willing to invest in client relationships instead of taking a transactional approach. One can feel that he does care. For example, he has taken the time to give me a tour in Vaxuhall and the regeneration project. The Tea House Theater and Vauxhall City Farm have subsequently become some of my favourite places to hang out. Personally, I also appreciate his sharing of experience regarding portfolio investments on properties in London. I recommend him to my friends and whoever has any types of real estate needs.
