GoogleDarryl Gyimah was the letting agent who showed me around the property . He was professional , knowledgeable and pleasant to be around unlike most other agents . He also very kindly made time to show me around the garden . It was a pleasure to have both agent and property at an equally high calibre and I look forward to continuing the conversation with him .

GoogleHighly recommend Kirsty & her team at the Oval office. From the outset Kirsty has been incredibly supportive through a difficult sale and has been on hand each step of the way. Her knowledge of the area, market & experience of complex issues that invariably arise unexpectedly make her & the team stand apart from all other agents. I would also highly recommend Adam who is really professional, trustworthy and mediated between all parties to make it happen. Thank you!

GoogleMy experience of LT is that they are efficient, hard working and patient. Surasak, Kirsty and Alex were assigned to sell my duplex apartment and in the end we achieved a good price in a tricky market. The sale of my property wasn't straightforward but they worked hard to bring only the right buyers round and to eventually get the sale through. I was able to communicate with everyone easily and they helped me with a lot of questions as we went along. I would recommend LT and would use them again if need be.

GoogleC-Jay Swaby-Anderson went above and beyond last Saturday, enabling us to view a property that we hadn't been able to access before. She was super polite and helpful to my elderly mum who uses a wheelchair, nothing was too much trouble and she thought nothing of leaving her car behind to walk us from one property to the next.

GoogleA big thank you to Daniel, the agent who showed me the flat today. He made sure to show and tell me all details about the house, as well made a video of the house before i arrived so i could share it with my wife as she wasn’t with me. Very smooth service. I would definitely recommend Ludlowthompson!

GoogleJoe Shearer is the best! He is thorough , professional and great to work with. He keeps me apprised about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new one comes on the market. He is honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find him

GoogleSuch a great company for selling or letting especially they have been around for years. I was assisted today by Richard Pedley one of the sales representative and I must say how friendly, professional, experienced and amazing personality he was today while viewing a property in SW8. Always good to find people like Richard to put your life in ease especially when it comes to a big decision like purchasing a property nowadays. Highly recommend Best, Oscar

GoogleNice agency. In particular, Hannah was especially helpful in showing us around a property we were interested in and I was able to view it twice in a short space of time. Hannah was very professional on both visits and told us everything we needed to know. A great viewing experience.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Irina. She is professional, knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. She is a sensible counterparty for discussion and gives a balanced view, without being at all pushy. This all adds up to a trustworthy impression, someone you would want to work with.

GoogleRichard Pedley was a great agent, he's been prompt with his responses and helping sort dates for the viewing, lovely chap, friendly, smiley and easy going, offering insights about how the property could be developed and organised in the follow up providing all details necessary with how to proceed. Brilliant, he has my gratitude and appreciation.

GoogleHi guys! I never write reviews! but the service I received from Kirsty and her team was simply exceptional!! I used to think that the estate agent industry was as crooked as they come! This agency has totally changed my view on the industry by their approach to the sale of my property, which was carried out in the most professional and compassionate way. The sale was meant to be easy and quick , but turn out to be an emotional roller coaster. They mediated constantly between the buyer and myself without any disadvantage to any of us and remaining super-professional till the conclusion. I wish I had chosen Kirsty from the beginning of the process, it was my only mistake! Thanks a million guys, you are a credit to your profession!

GoogleI can only vouch and agree with what is written below. Please avoid this lot like the plague. A 3 year tenancy was signed and, unlike the unfortunate individual below, we did have the foresight to ensure that a ‘tenant replacement’ clause was embedded in to our Agreement so were fortunate to be able to leave our property early. Despite this, breaking our tenancy (which was perfectly fine to do, given that this was a clause within our Agreement) led to us being treated like rogues, as if we had committed genocide or a similar act. Our honesty and integrity as individuals were called into question by LT, and I would strongly urge that you think twice before approaching them, let alone entering in to any agreement with them. It is also worth adding that LT played us off against our landlord in getting us to sign a 3 year contract in the first place, an arrangement which both parties soon came to discover neither actually wanted. There were further issues experienced on top of this, accused of fraud upon moving in to the property which was followed by unhinged levels of unprofessionalism on the part of the agent, as well as accusations of late payment of rent by the agent when this in fact was entirely their fault (they had given misleading information). Also don’t get me started on property ‘management’. LT were the designated property managers given that our landlord lived out the country, yet proceeded to do absolutely nothing about any issues reported, and we ended up simply sorting out any faults directly with the landlord. A shower.

GoogleLouiza is the agent who showed us around the property we booked for. She was punctual and greeted us with a smile. Her showing was detailed as she knew well the property and responded thoroughly to our questions. I would recommend her as a real estate agent.

GoogleSami was excellent at understanding what we were looking for and giving us options right up our alley. When the time came to make an offer, he was invaluable in helping us understand all of the elements (especially as expats). Highly professional and helpful team and so thrilled about our new place

She took the time to thoroughly understand my requirements and showed me several properties that I really liked in the end. She was nice and professional throughout, and I highly recommend working with her to buy a property.

GoogleDaniel Scott was a responsive and friendly agent, he was very quick to answer emails and checked in by phone prior to the viewing which I really appreciated! He was knowledgeable about the property and sent over offer forms promptly. Great viewing, would definitely be keen to view other properties with Daniel again in the future.

GoogleDaniel was so great at showing me around the properties and telling me all about the local area. He knew I was keen on one particular property so went above and beyond to get the ball rolling on an offer. Super charismatic and made the process so easy for us. Couldn't have asked for better service.

GoogleDealt with Will and he was really helpful as a first time buyer. He was especially proactive when dealing with solicitors in the final stages as well. Highly recommend!

GoogleHad a great experience with this agents and in particular, Joao. He was first class every step of the process. No question went unanswered and nothing was too much hassle. Securing property in London is no easy feat. But Joao took a lot of the stress away with his easy going plain speak and all done with a calming reassurance too. Always on hand and quick to respond to any queries. First class service.

GoogleI rented a property threw this agency few years ago. Letting agents were helpful n polite. Especially Jibby. Unfortunately when I had to deal with their head office I was very disappointed. I have never seen that kind of attitude in customer service. They never have any time to answer my call, give me a wright information... Many times I have been told that responsible person will call me back, but during all contract he never did, I guess they are saving money for telephone bill.. Just useless ppl. Wouldn't pick this agency again, just because head office.
