GoogleI viewed a flat in kilburn. Ruben showed me around and was very attentive and answered all my questions and was very well prepared for the viewing even though I didn’t end up renting the flat I was very impressed as I’ve been to other viewings with other branches and they weren’t as well prepared or confident. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI have only experienced this agent from 'start date' until a little after 'tenant move in date' (I will review again once I've experienced their property management for a few months), but I must say that they have been particularly professional. Their staff have been very patient, polite and efficient throughout dealing with my attention to detail and thoroughness.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant, enthusiastic, professional, courteous, fantastic phone manner and very knowledgeable. I was faced with an unexpected problem which meant a great deal of calls and emails, but, I was constantly reassured through the entire experience, as my calls were always returned promptly, my queries dealt with efficiently and I was kept in the loop via emails. I was most impressed with how swiftly the matter was resolved and attribute this to the professionalism, knowledge and empathy Simon and Jake demonstrated from start to finish. Superb!
