Extremely unprofessional service from this letting agency, particularly Nicola. We were left in the dark throughout the letting process and had to constantly chase them for updates. They also failed to stick to the agreed move-in time, leaving us stranded with delivery services waiting to bring in our furniture. We were promised that issues like broken curtains, doors, and flooring would be fixed before we moved in, but just days before, we were told we'd have to deal with the landlord directly. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

As other reviews have mentioned, the agents here ask for a good review in order to win some "in house" competition. That's all good and fine if they were actually good at their jobs but it's quite the opposite. Typical snake agents putting on a front. After viewing with Chris he seemed great and immediately followed up the next day to see if there was anything he could do. AND if you could leave a good review for him. You feel pressured to leave a good review because if you don't he will make the process a nightmare... SPOILER ALERT, even with the 5 star review the process from there on was stressful. He was impossible to get a hold of at all hours of the day. When he did finally answer he was pushy to make the move in date a Saturday. Friday afternoon there was still no word if the house would be in liveable conditions and no contract sent over to read. The floors were not done, the house was not clean, there was litter and cups full of cigarette butts all over the backyard. On the morning of the morning of the move in day the cleaners were still in the house and did a sub par job with dust and dirt everywhere. Can't forget the mold on the sink and windows. These were all things he promised to get taken care of for a month but sense he was always unreachable we could never get an answer. The only time we saw him after the review was to sign the contracts at midday on Saturday trying to move in. Chris - your classical sleezy agent. I can guarantee every review stating an agent's name in particular was pressured into that review and then left high and dry until the move in date when they could get paid for making a deal. It backs you into a rock an a hard place not knowing if you will have some where to move into or not so you'll most likely be stuck paying rent at two different houses just incase this one fell through or took an extra day and your stuff was already in the van packed. Sure the house stuff is annoying but I find his lack of professionalism embarrassing and pathetic. He even goes to the extent of complaining he works 6 days a week when so many are out of jobs at the moment. Cry me a river you're still making money for doing such a garbage job.

He helped me secure a really wonderful home after the upsetting event of my home being flooded and my daughter and I needed new accommodation near to her school very quickly. Abel was really kind and sensitive - and more importantly fast, he made sure everything went really smoothly with the paper work and liasing with the land lady and all parties involved in an unusual situation. I was really happy to be in a wonderful new flat less than two weeks after the flood happened and i cant thank Abel enough for his wonderful hard work and brilliant customer service.

I would really recommend this branch to anyone looking to rent around Finsbury Park. We've dealt with Chris and Daniela and they've been nothing but professional. We did a couple of viewings with Chris and he was very clear about the process and upfront about anything we needed to know. They're both easy to get hold of, on the phone or by email which is a breath of fresh air. I have had excellent service from the lettings team over the last 3 years. They have helped me find tenants on their rent collection service for more than 10 properties. Bhavik has been the man at the front end of this and has been exceptional. I have been a landlord for more than 15 years and own many properties but since dealing with Bhavik i have had no issues with rent or my tenants. The service is quick, efficient, reliable and stress free. Some may feel the fee's are slightly high but for the peace of mind of having good tenants on a long term contract and the legal and rental warranty there is no substitute. Great work to Bhavik and his team I hope you remain there for many more years and keep up the work.
