We have been working with Chris to put in an offer on a highly desirable property. Throughout the process he has been very helpful, attentive, and professional. He has answered all of our questions in a timely manner (even at the weekend/in the evenings!) and has gone above and beyond to ensure we are in the best position to put in a competitive offer. Chris has been the best and most knowledgeable estate agent we have dealt with so far in our property search and we would recommend working with him and LudlowThompson.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Didn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. We were worried about asking too many questions but he made us feel comfortable to do and now we have a few favourites. Thank you!

Adam was very prompt and knowledgable about the property. He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

I have been dealing with Amy Rhode in my property search. I have found Amy to be extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. She has a very personable demeanour and has worked hard to meet our requirements. I found she listens and suggests solutions where appropriate. I have dealt with other agents who are pushy and unhelpful. Amy is a pleasant change to those brash individuals. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Amy in future

Really great agency. You’ll be lucky if you get Matteo!! He really listened to our requirements and found a few suitable properties. He drove us around to view each one and was very well informed on each location which was super helpful in our decision making. Definitely recommend!

Zohre was the best agent we have had so far, very open, honest and communicative. She captured our needs and requirements right from the beginning and was very good at filtering our options to facilitate the search of a property in London that can be quite exhausting. Great agent and will def recommend her to our friends.Thank you Zohre!!

I would like to thank Chris and his team to support me and my family, ensuring the sale of my flat during such a hard time in the UK. I met Chris in a particular circumstance (I was expecting my first child), and he supported me from the beginning, making sure I could receive the best service. Definitely 5 stars for the Angel team.

Worked with Jake Peters from the Islington office on my first property, He was of great help in finding the perfect first property, he managed the offer and post acceptance offer well and kept me regularly updated, which was not easy as the seller was in the US. I appreciate his follow-ups and continual support. Working with him again on the next property.

Tim Watson was easily the most helpful real estate agent we've ever had. We were hunting for an apartment in Islington and he was very responsive, proactive in discovering and displaying new apartments that met our criteria (sometimes before they'd been listed!), drove us between inspections, gave great tours of the surrounding areas, and had some great banter in between. Thanks for everything!

To the point, if you're looking for a property agent who will surpass your expectations and make your dreams a reality, look no further than Jamie Salisbury. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, professional, and caring property agent. Without a doubt, Jamie is the person you want by your side to close the deal/find your perfect property.

It was a pleasure working with Ingrid Martin in the search for a flat that suited my partner and my needs and taste. I really appreciated her attention to detail, she was sure to ask the right questions pertaining to our preferences on style and features in a property. She took extra care to show us properties that met our detailed specifications, and not just any old flat that sort of fit the bill. I felt like her desire to help us find a place that we would love was genuine. Ingrid is an upbeat, attentive, and enjoyable agent to work with at the islington branch!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I worked with many different letting agencies and Chris and Matthew were by far the most communicative and helpful people I spoke with. Chris met me at the viewing and was able to answer all my questions and advise me on placing an offer, and was very communicative immediately after the viewing through the weekend and guiding me through the process. Very pleased with their work, would recommend to anyone!

Orlando was very responsive and thorough in registering my interest and finding both suitable and available properties for me and my flatmate to peruse. Chris was super warm and friendly and knew how to sell the flat well - we always want to find a good place to move into and it was refreshing to meet someone who passionately understood our needs and did not make us feel pressured to make a decision.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We had a fantastic experience viewing four flats with LudlowThompson yesterday. Matthew was particularly knowledgable about the properties and went above and beyond to stay later and show us an additional flat. We had a really positive viewing and left knowing exactly what the landlord was looking for and what we would need to do to place a competitive offer. Would happily recommend!

We worked with Tim Watson and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to our needs, helped us navigate a market that was new to us, and showed us some great flats. Although we ended up in a different part of town, Tim really stood out as a great agent and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends moving to Islington!

I had such a great experience with Matt from the Islington Office. He did an excellent job on showing me many places that fit my needs. I did not make it easy as I had a lot of requirements, but Matt found some great options. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and why, so that he could show me the best options possible. Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly, he was always quick to respond and answered my endless questions. I highly recommend working with him!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Happy with the service so far. Alex has came back to me promptly regarding the viewing of the property and we found a convenient time with ease. Federico has met us at the doors of the property and was very helpful in answering the questions about the flat. Everything was on a highly professional level.

Steven has been wonderful to work with. He is always happy to help with any queries and has gone out of his way to fit around my busy schedule! I had viewed a lot of properties and felt like Steven really gave me time compared to other agents. He is professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with

I have been looking for an affordable student property, looking in the Islington area. Dylan Grace Taylor was excellent in helping us look although our budget did not stretch to Islington, she was extremely dedicated in finding us the limited number of properties available in our price range. She is extremely friendly and put us both at ease. Highly recommend.

Adil at Foxton’s was incredibly helpful with our property search. After ringing on Friday midday, within 3 hours he had lined up 6 viewings on Saturday all a within 2 hour period. He was excellent in discussing the properties and narrowing down exactly what was needed by us, thus ensuring we were looking at properties that really suited our needs. Then once we were viewing he was proactive and pragmatic in assisting us in whatever we needed. Adil has a bright future, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help looking for their next home.

We had a great experience as first time buyers with Neil Marrinan from the Islington office. He showed us around a few properties and while we did not ultimately purchase one of these, Neil was the most helpful agent we worked with and did a brilliant job of showing us around potential properties, explaining the process to us clearly and following up. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would recommend him to anyone!
