Mez was extremely helpful in liaising with solicitors for me. Without him I would have given up with the sale. It was extremely stressful for me - he constantly offered help and reassurance.

Absolutely outstanding service My agent was Ingrid Martin ! I want to start by saying thank you so much for all of the hard work Ingrid has put in from our first conversation a couple of weeks ago, From the day i received the email from Ingrid regarding the property that came up fitting all my requirements Ingrid has been absolutely amazing myself and children have had a very stressful hard and difficult time the past 19 weeks but after dealing with Ingrid for such a short space of time Ingrid achieved and helped us more then anyone has whilst going through this struggles as soon as he started helping us start the procedure he has done absolutely everything in his power to make sure me and my Famliy not only got our property but also helped with everything else that needed to be done alongside application and I honestly can’t thank him enough. The way Ingrid Martin has handled everything has been very efficient and professional, You deserve a lot of recognition within your current job role and most definitely deserve to be told exactly how good you are at your job Thankyou again from myself and family Jade Mckrieth

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim when my friend Aaron and I were searching for a flat in London, and I must say, he exceeded all our expectations! Tim's level of professionalism, dedication, and assistance throughout the entire process made him stand out as the best letting agent we have encountered. Throughout the search, Tim remained patient and attentive. He promptly responded to our questions, addressing any concerns we had along the way. His clear communication and transparent approach helped build trust, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly set Tim apart was his genuine dedication to finding us the perfect flat. He went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules, scheduling viewings at convenient times and even offering virtual tours when necessary. It was evident that Tim cared deeply about helping us find a place we could call home. When we finally found the ideal flat, Tim's expertise in handling the paperwork and negotiations ensured a seamless and swift process. He was meticulous in explaining all the terms of the tenancy agreement, leaving no room for confusion. Thanks to his efforts, my friend Aaron and I found our dream flat in Hoxton, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable letting agent in Hoxton, Tim is undoubtedly the best choice. Thank you, Tim, for all your help!

Working with Chris has been a pleasure. I met a number of agents and by far, he stood out as very professional, an excellent communicator and 100% dependable. He’s sincere, and won’t leave you hanging. He’s been a rock throughout the process that had some curves in the road. On top of that he has a good sense of humour that adds a nice lightness to the process at the right times. I would highly recommend him to friends to work with. He’s a rare find in what can be , a rather cut throat field.

Dylan was our estate agent throughout our search. As students, we were looking for an affordable flat for next year, and thanks to her, everything went extremely efficiently and quickly. We had some concerns about our credibility and priority, but it was the opposite. This first renting experience in London went without a hitch, thanks to Dylan's clear answers to our questions and his constant availability. In just one week, we found the perfect flat that surpassed even our criteria. To sum up, I highly recommend this agency, especially Dylan, who was extremely friendly and professional throughout our flat rental process!

Mehdadul (Medz) Kazi was fantastic throughout the process. We actually had a viewing with him a few months ago for a different property but he created a good impression from day 1. We successfully exchanged this week and Medz’s communication skills and response times were excellent. He’s able to move at pace, always calm and polite.

Joshua was very organised, and knowledgable about the property I viewed. I have been on many viewings, and the viewing I had with Joshua was by far the best viewing I have been on. He had great commmunication with me regarding the property in question and went above and beyond to provide me with additonal useful information that many other agencies do not do. Joshua is an asset to Ludlowthompson Finsbury Park.

Zahra really took time and care in helping us find a flat and sign our tenancy agreement. Throughout the entire process she has been understanding, thorough in her work and kind above all else. I’d highly recommend Zahra as an agent and would be glad to work with her again in the future. Also, a shoutout to Nathan who jumped in on his day off to help with some issues on the day of our move.

I had an excellent experience working with “Denna”. My requirements for the property were quite specific, but she showed me options that not only met but exceeded those expectations. She was kind and full of passion at every step of the process. As someone who moved from abroad and was unfamiliar with the London rental process, I truly appreciated her guidance and support. I highly recommend her not only to those already living in London but also to anyone relocating from overseas.

Joshua Oyibo is the best property agent! He was incredibly patient in helping us find the perfect place to live, also really quick to respond and came up with a bunch of great options on brief. Even when we needed to change plans last minute and find a new place he was very accomodating to that and helpful all the way until move in date. Thanks Josh!!!

Chris was a joy to work with in purchasing our first property. He was responsive and professional all through out. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn about the house buying process and he was super helpful in every point of the journey. He also recommended a great mortgage broker for us who got us the best rates. And when things got a bit tough and complicated, Chris was helpful in nudging everyone involved to get us thru the finish line. Thank you Chris and foxtons!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

We walked into the branch without any appointment and Christopher was able to see us straight away. He knew the area well and was able to book us into a viewing mere days later. We were unfortunately not in a position to take the place, but I'm hopeful that Christopher will continue to deliver an excellent service during our future search.
