When looking for a new property, one of the biggest barriers can be dealing with lettings agents who are either a) not responsive / attentive enough and b) don't make you feel like they actually care enough to help you through the process. Chris has been neither of these things - he's been really great with communicating with us, and is genuinely professional, friendly and trustworthy. I would not recommend whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. When we moved into the property they managed, it was absolutely filthy, with years of dirt and grime built up. Although our purchasing contract didn’t include a cleaning service(we purchased with a different agency) it’s the agency’s responsibility to ensure that previous tenants leave the property in a clean and acceptable condition, as outlined in every rental agreement. This failure shows a complete lack of care and oversight. If they can’t enforce basic cleanliness standards, it raises serious concerns about how they manage properties in general. Landlords should think twice before trusting this agency to manage their property, as this neglect could seriously damage its value and reputation. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

My experience with Chris was exceptional. He was kind, helpful and guided me patiently through the whole process until I made an offer for a flat. Regardless of the outcome, which is still pending, I would recommend giving a chance to Chris and this agency to support you in your search. Was looking to move into a flat within 7 days and came to ludlowthompson and the staff member at the FInsbury park branch bhavik patel was very helpful he found me a property and advised me clearly in what i needed to get the property in such short notice. At the same time i was traveling back to germany for 3 days so thing were very stressful for me. The team at Finsbury park moved me and made me feel welcomed and for a agency of 11 office i was never made felt like this was just a business for the first time moving properties i felt i was taken care off. I'd like to take some time to thank Christopher for his guidance and professionalism in the process of finding a flat. He gave us plenty of time to view the property and run through the questions we had and unlike experiences we've had with other agencies at no point did we feel pressured or rushed.
