Ludlowthompson Finsbury Park reviews

Was a tenant for one of their flats, and I have never EVER met people who were so unhelpful to their tenants. Completely only took the landlords side despite being given EVIDENCE that the deposit was to be returned in full. I will NEVER ever give foxtons my business again and will never recommend them to any friends/family. I understand their terrible reputation now for not caring for their tenants and unfortunately had to find out the hard way that it is true. Do not waste your money time or energy and it is a shame for you that you have lost a client due to your company's selfish monetary needs.

I loved dealing with Elle from Foxton, who is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She’s always very responsive, diligent with all the details and works really hard to get the best outcome for all parties. A really exemplar estate agent, and makes working with Foxton a pleasure. Thank you Elle!

Matthew was fantastic to work with as part of our flat search, organising a viewing for us within hours of our initial request. He's super responsive and communicative, as well as having a friendly, calm demeanour which never made us feel rushed into making decisions - I highly recommend working with him, and the whole team at ludlowthompson!

Big big thanks to Chris for accommodating us even if they were just few minutes away before their office closes. He was (and still is) very professional and helpful especially if we need some clarifications. Keep up the good work! :)

Probably the worst agency I have to deal with. I paid an extortionate amount to rent a room through them whilst the shower was broken for months. The agency either couldn’t be bothered to tell the landlord or they were protecting the landlord and trying to avoid basic maintenance costs. Thankfully I’m a home owner now but having a working shower is a basic requirement that they should have sorted.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful, Unfortunately i was late on arrival due to being caught up in traffic but i was fortunate enough to be in the hands of someone who was really knowledgeable about the property as well as being an absolute Godsend he has availed himself in making communication swift and easy he is reachable on demand. He was very insightful and i couldn't be more pleased with this place as a result.

Great experience in finding a new apartment. Tim Watson got to know what I wanted, found a place which fitted my preferences, and handled the sometimes complex negotiations skilfully and with a positive outcome all round. While always being pleasant and fun to deal with. Highly recommended!

Working with Chris Jones (Islington office) was a delight and I really cannot recommend him enough! He was friendly, professional, energetic and really listened to what I was looking for. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and he was so helpful and insightful. Huge thanks to Chris and his team (notably Stuart Harris) for helping me find my home!PositiveProfessionalism

Daniela was very good and professional. The only thing we can fault is that she failed to mention at the start of our negotiations the numerous hidden fees that were asked for and how much we would have to pay in the first two months of the tenancy. We were also shocked when we had to pay the total fees over 24 months rather than the 36 months of the tenants contract.

Aaron was extremely accommodating and let me view the property twice in one day despite the high demand for it! Both agents showing us the property were extremely friendly, informative and it did not feel at all like they were trying to rip us off! The quality of the property for the price was also exceptional.. I HIGHLY recommend ludlowthompson Finsbury Park, you will find your dream home with them :)

Daniela was great throughout our whole letting experience. She was always very responsive and got back to us asap on things. If we ever needed any help with things she was happy and quick to help. She always tried her best to get the best for us as well, even when she could have settled for less she always went that extra mile to get the best result. Thank you Daniela!

Josh was immensely helpful in our flat search, offering his insight and expertise throughout the process. Although we did not end up renting through Foxton’s, his support in finding us interesting properties that fit our criteria was invaluable.

Nicola Dawkins assisted us with selling our flat. She was great to deal with, knowledgeable, fair, reliable, not pushy and always timely with responses despite us living in another time zone. Would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone trying to sell their property.
