GoogleWe had a great viewing around a property, Chris L was really friendly and helpful showing us all the different features of the place and I felt really safe with the various covid precautions in place. Chris was really clear in explaining the letting process too so made us feel like we were in good hands!

GoogleTop experience with Steven, very clear and precise advise. Felt like he knew exactly what I was looking for. Surely is the greatest real estate agent in all the land.

GoogleToo many real estate agents merely open the door to a property, but don't do much else whilst you contemplate the biggest financial commitment of your life... Jamie did quite the opposite and provided us up front with all relevant information, took onboard our concerns and was able to address those concisely and quickly. It meant that we could develop a relationship of trust which goes a long way and, for me, can be a deciding factor in what property and what realtor we eventually choose.

GoogleI submitted an offer for a rental property and the agent didn't even get back to me with an answer. They lure you in by telling you the landlord may consider an offer in your price range and then they start playing mind games to increase the offer on the property.
Dear Burak Many thanks for your above review and we’re sorry to read about your experience. In order that we can investigate your concerns fully, I’d appreciate if you could contact us at customerservices@ludlowthompson.com confirming the property address this relates to. We’ll then ensure that you receive a comprehensive reply. Kind Regards ludlowthompson

GoogleDo not rent from this agency they compulsively lie and are slow. The contract has been breached on their side and then they gaslight. Flat had many problems which were only discoverable on move in. They wasted my time I found tenants as they instructed then they claim they never gave me permission which isn’t true, I have an email to prove. They wouldn’t admit the landlord changed his mind. Horrible communication from Muhammad too. I hate Adrienne and Montrise the most though….they are so manipulative.

GooglePerfect experience, my viewing session with Georgia has been a pleasure, she understood my search and criteria perfectly and has been very helpful and nice! Apartment found in 1 day. Many thanks!

GoogleThe irresponsible behavior of this agent has to make landlords and tenants worry about other problems in the future rental. Thanks to the cold and unreliable reception of the agency staff, the first call I made was with a man who asked me for some details and then hung up the phone while I was still talking, and he was very impatient. The second call was with a woman named Banieala. After I asked her for visiting the property, she asked me if I could do it today, and I said yes. So we made an appointment on the phone for 5:30 p.m., and when I arrived there and called her, she said that because she hadn't emailed me, the appointment wasn't valid. So she told me to confirm and call me back immediately, let me wait until 6 o 'clock, wait until six o 'clock to call again, then they told me that this house can not visit anymore. And the next week is full of appointments.

GoogleWe worked with Chris and he was extremely attentive and helpful. We live in Canada and he was wonderful to work with in giving us a virtual viewing of a flat and answering all of our questions about moving to the UK for the first time.

GoogleFederico was great, very approachable and professional, and I felt I was being given objective information, rather than being sold. I enjoyed our interaction

GoogleVery nice and helpful agents (particularly Ryan)- gave us a wonderful viewing and answered all of our questions. Upon signing, the service became quite slow, they took ages to respond to queries and even more to fix problems in the property.

GoogleWe have been very impressed by the team at Ludlowthompson in Finsbury Park who have been involved in our potential flat purchase. From the outset, they provided us with properties to see which met our criteria and were definitely of interest rather than flooding us with everything that was available, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. Nicola Dawkins, who has led the team, and Alina Halibozek have been very efficient and effective, always quickly responsive to queries, good at answering questions and also in trying to help to resolve any issues. Friendly, approachable and thoughtful, they have in summary provided a very professional service, with a personal touch, and it has been always been a pleasure dealing with them. We would happily recommend them.

GoogleChristopher and Matthew were fantastic. Kept contact with us throughout the process and was delightful to work with, especially given how crazy the market is at the moment. Would highly recommend both of them to help you finding a property!

GoogleMy partner and I had the best BEST experience with Nicola Georgiou, couldn’t recommend her enough. In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with agents and she’s managed to convince me that there are good eggs. Her level of professionalism is outstanding and she really cares for her clients to get a place they like! Great great great !!!
